Incredible location and space to enjoy ATL from. Would definitely consider coming back to this place in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. Home was decorated very nicely, was comfortable for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to the highway to reach all of the attractions. Morgan was extremely nice and responded to any questions promptly.

Terry was really helpful, my family enjoyed the place it was like we were at home, and the little Walmart was walkable Thank you Terry, if my family ever come back to Atlanta again we will definitely stay at your place again if available

We had a great stay for our daughters med school graduation. Clean comfortable spot for our family. We were just two blocks from her home in a quiet neighborhood Easy walking to restaurants.

I definitely felt right at home. Nytia was very friendly, and responsive. I will be booking again. The townhome was extremely spacious and the location was very convenient.

I had an amazing stay at the Trace. Everything was as described in pictures . House was free from dirt, dust, and clutter, with surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with great amenities. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent location, with nearby entertainment, and restaurants. Mark was a very responsive host and worked with me on my last minute stay. I will definitely stay again .

The house was most definitely a home away from home. The house was CLEANED and SMELLED SO GOOD upon entering. Mr. K did check in - in the middle of our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything and to make sure everything was okay. The house is located in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. I was still able to do my morning walk away from home. Mr. K responded in a timely manner if I did have a question. I loved the keyless and easy access to the house. The master bedroom is breathtaking OmG. I recommend this location and if I am in the area again I would book again. Thanks for being a great host Mr K.

Was very relaxing when I was able to come back from the VA hospital to shower and eat. I never got to sleep in the bed because I was at the hospital all night. It served its purpose. To come back & shower & change. I spent only a few hours there Andy made my process with this and my brother advanced cancer diagnosis easier telling me if I needed anything. as far as having someone on hand who said if I needed anything to let him know The only downside and the was my fault was I paid to much for the little time I spent there. That’s not Andy’s fault. Andy Thank you for your kindness and support!

The natural light in this townhome is beautiful. The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed gorgeous views of the surrounding forest, making it easy to relax. The decor is tasteful and comfortable, with everything I needed to feel at home. The setting was quiet, and the community was kind and welcoming. This is a place I would gladly return to.

Absolutely beautiful home and worth every penny you spend on it!! The house was clean and everything was in great shape! Gated community with nice walking areas. All of us truly enjoyed the night stay there. If we are ever in Atlanta again we will be looking for this home again and again.

We made a last minute visit to Atlanta and I’m happy we were able to book this place. It’s very near the 96 Olympic cauldron and I thought that was cool. East short drive to Georgia Aquarium, zoo, and Coca Cola World. We traveled with our dogs and found the neighborhood to be dog friendly. The area is being revitalized but it was quiet and seemed very safe. Grocery store and pocket restaurants very near. Probably walking distance if you wanted. The king bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. House had everything we needed for 4 people and a couple dogs. The Garage was a plus. It is tight but we have a mid size suv and it easily fit. TVs is bedrooms was a plus when everyone needed some space. I would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Miera was a very responsive host. We arrived for a graduation and the ceremony ended sooner than anticipated and she allowed us to check early. We appreciated her so much!

We really enjoyed ourselves at Dels home. Everything was super clean, comfortable, beautiful layout, nicely designed, clean linens and most importantly clean bathrooms!! Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Can’t beat the location.

We have stayed in Serenbe several times and this has been our favorite spot yet! Spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable, and full of large windows and natural light. We especially loved sitting out on the back porch/balcony at all times of the day. As a family traveling with young children, we especially appreciated that the curtains in all bedrooms were blackout shades. Our daughters were thrilled to find bunch beds in one of the bedrooms! (Queen on bottom, twin on top- Which was change from the photos.) We also loved: how the master bedroom overlooked the stables, the trampoline on the green steps from the front door, and the bookstore, playground and general store at the end of the road. Definitely at the top of our wishlist for our next Serenbe trip, would love to stay again!

This was a beautiful place to stay, she has thought of everything you need to feel comfortable and welcome. She was very responsive if we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here to friends and family.

First off I’d like to say Thank You! Iris for letting us stay at your home. We enjoyed our stay. Iris was very helpful when we got there if we had a problem she assisted right away. Close to where I needed to be for my trip. And close to the highway. It really felt like home. And when I return I will only be staying there lol, if it’s available. Once again Thank You! This town home was just like the pictures. Very clean, modern, quiet and safe neighborhood, gated community. Having snacks and water was a nice added touch. Conveniently located. Has a driveway and garage. I would definitely stay there again.
