Great place to stay in Norwich, very walkable distance into the city centre. Everything was clean and tidy. Nick was a great host as he was very proactive and made sure to check up regularly to see if my stay was going well. 10/10.

Lovely place in a great location with beautiful surroundings. We were welcomed with freshly baked bread and homemade made jam. We've stayed at other Airbnbs but the amenities provided made this place stand above the rest.

We really enjoyed the peace and tranquility at The Loft during our stay. It had everything we needed for our weekend away and we wish we’d had a little more time to explore further afield. The village itself has a gorgeous pub serving food, a delightful coffee place and a bookshop.

I needed someone to relax in peace and quiet to write. I couldn’t have picked a more perfect location. With a lovely view of my own private little garden with mature trees and in the quietest little hamlet just south of Aylsham, 30 mins drive from Norwich. The first day I went for a little evening walk by the river, or rather a kind of small river delta with little meter wide channels wending across a grassy plain, and saw a swan gliding along the water at sunset. The usual supermarkets and other shops in Aylsham and a mini M&S minutes away at a Shell garage on the A140. The Burgh valley railway is close by but as it’s a little miniature steam train this can only add to the ambience with a gentle toot-tooting every now and then. Kate and her partner Simon were the perfect hosts. 10/10.

This was our second stay at The Garret and we loved it just as much as the first. It’s such a special place, peaceful, full of charm, and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The studio is spotlessly clean, really well-equipped, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Alison and Alan are fantastic hosts, so warm and welcoming and the homemade cream tea and ginger biscuits on arrival were absolutely delicious. A perfect base for exploring Framlingham, the coast, and beyond. Can’t wait to come back again next year.

The Apartment was exactly as nice as described and as pictured in the listing. The Kitchen and Bathroom were nice, modern, and well equipped to a high standard. The Beds were comfortable. Even the sofa bed, which has a firm mattress, was surprisingly comfortable. Only, if you are taller than 5'7"/ 172cm the sofa bed might be a bit short for you. The location was excellent. The area around the apartment was nice and quiet at night. Everything of interest was within a few minutes walking distance (Food, Pubs, Shopping, Bars). St. Giles Street is a 1 minute Walk from the front door, and a great place to arrange a Taxi/Veezu Pickup. (The fare to NWI was less than £10, and took less than 30min) Jake, our Host, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, allowing us to check in early, and was very supportive when we had any questions. I would certainly stay here again, and can recommend this apartment for couples, or up to 3 Adults, visiting Norwich City.

Wonderful apartment in Woodbridge! Very handy for the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants of Woodbridge! Lovely welcome gifts , including a lovely bottle of white wine, which was definitely enjoyed!! Very comfortable beds and lovely fluffy towels too! Only 5 minutes walk to the local bakeries, we really loved everything from Brown Bread Bakery and also the 2 Magpies!! Lovely breakfast at Maeves tea room. We could also recommend visiting Snape Maltings for lovely coffee and a fantastic deli too! Also enjoyed a river cruise from there. Good location for visiting Sutton Hoo and Aldeburgh! To be highly recommended

I really enjoyed my stay! The flat was tidy and comfortable and felt surprisingly light and spacious. The appliances were all good quality and check-in / out was smooth.

A really comfortable and cosy apartment. The city centre is within easy reach and the parking space was a real bonus. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

This place is a great find and I am glad I did. just what was needed to relax and unwind and have time to myself. Property very nice, clean and tidy, looks new. The area is a nice place to be in and you are spoilt for choice with local shops etc. Not far from the beach and other places. Andre is a great host, very responsive with any queries or issues raised. Will definitely book again sometime.

I stayed in Joanna’s place for a few weeks as I was staying in Norwich for work. The apartment had everything I needed and more. Joanna was lovely, very responsive to messages and as the weather got warmer, she provided me with a fan during my stay without me even asking. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean- I felt very at home! I was pleasantly surprised on check in as the apartment was a bit bigger than how the photos made it look. There are multiple car parks very close which are also reasonably priced. I have really enjoyed staying here and would 100% recommend! No faults at all! 😊

We had a fabulous stay at Lime Tree lodge! So nice to enjoy the hot tub in the evening and relax. Very peaceful and comfortable. Thank you!

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.

Anna’s was such a wonderful place to stay for a few days. Very private and quiet, but close to so many attractions if one decided to be adventurous. The space was clean, warm and welcoming. And the hot tub was just the icing on the cake after a long day exploring. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend to friends and family.

Stunning views from an equally stunning property ...it is as the pictures describe . So beautiful . (The hot tub is easy to light , we used 4 woodies firelighters to get it going but had we not have read previous reviews we probably wouldnt have taken the logs , you will need 4 bags ) The hosts are both lovely and very helpful..Lovely walks from the property , to the tiny village and down to the estuary.....Thank you for letting us have a share in the beauty of this place. We look forward to returning.

Very friendly host. We had reached the stay very late but the check-in was hassle free. Met the host in the morning, she was very pleasant and friendly.
