A beautiful property in tranquil surroundings. Little Foxes is a very special place. It is immaculate, comfortable and very well equipped. Peter was a great host, good with communication and gave excellent instructions for self check-in. It was lovely to find items for breakfast, tea, coffee & biscuits waiting for us. The location was perfect for the open air Thorington Theatre and for the Suffolk coast. We had a fabulous stay and would fully recommend.

Lovely accommodation and everything we needed for our short break. The owner was present when we arrived and was very helpful about things to do. We had a really good time and there was plenty of things to do.

Anna’s was such a wonderful place to stay for a few days. Very private and quiet, but close to so many attractions if one decided to be adventurous. The space was clean, warm and welcoming. And the hot tub was just the icing on the cake after a long day exploring. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend to friends and family.

I took my two kids to stay at Moat Island for a couple of nights during Half Term whilst we visited relatives nearby. It was the perfect mid-point location, but also felt like a special and memorable site. The bell tents are cosy and warm, and the composting toilet next to ours was the nicest I’ve ever used. I found myself going to it repeatedly when I only needed to walk about 20m more to get to the plumbed indoor ones! We enjoyed having a communal kitchen area, as it allowed us to chat to a few our ‘neighbours’. The outdoor pond/pool was utterly freezing, but worth a dip. And thankfully the nearby showers were gloriously warm.

We stayed at The Loft for three nights over the weekend while I was live illustrating at a wedding at Oxnead Hall—and it couldn't have been more perfect! The location is fantastic: peaceful, beautifully presented, and just a short walk to the sea with scenic trails nearby. The accommodation itself is stunning—every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. It was spotlessly clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The lovely welcome treats were such a kind touch and really appreciated after a long day. If you're thinking about booking, don't hesitate. This place is an absolute gem—we loved every minute!

We have stayed in many Airbnb's in this country and abroad but this place in Tatterford was by far and wide the best we have ever had the pleasure of booking and staying in. Everything exceeded our expectations and we loved every minute we spent there.

Beautiful property with amazing views of the countryside. Anthony was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The property is as lovely as portrayed in the photographs and the garden is a haven for wildlife. I would definitely recommend this property, it is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Paul's place was a great base for our few days exploring Norfolk and the surroundings areas. The house is very private with three good sized bedrooms. Lots of hot water and the small kitchen was perfect for us because we didn't plan to eat at the house other than breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful host. We stayed in the accessible cottage and it is very well laid out for a wheelchair user. We will be returning very soon.

Beautiful little barn, perfect escape from everyday life. Beautiful walks and just a short distance from the stunning Norfolk coast. Emma and her husband were very friendly and very accommodating:

Mary and James are wonderful hosts. Check in was from midday, we got there 45 minutes already but this wasn't an issue! They had supplied a huge welcome hamper and even baked a cake for our turning 50! The house is perfect for large groups, the garden with all the available lawn games, the large field behind and the easily accessible playground make this place perfect for kids of any age! Mary cooked us fresh scones on Saturday morning! I can't rate these guy's highly enough. I hope to return again very soon! Thanks again, James and family and friends and family!

The house is stunning. We were a party of 6 adults and a baby for joint birthday celebrations. The kitchen and lounge layout was superb for cooking, lounging and celebrating and so light with the huge windows making it feel as if the garden and house were one. The bedrooms were all big, the beds and bedding beautiful quality. Showers were great. The layout of the house suited us very well with a good distance between lounge/ kitchen area and bedrooms so as not disturb a sleeping baby in the day or evening. Lots of games left for entertainment in and outside the house. The hot tub and BBQ were a huge hit, easy to light and maintain. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again, really very happy to have found Rumi's Field. Thank you to Alice and Andrew who were so helpful when we had some extra questions before staying.

What a fantastic stay! Kim was very communicative in the booking and check in process. The flat was spotless on arrival and she had left lots of treats for the stay with coffee/tea/condiments/spices. It felt just like a home away from home. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere as it's so close to the train station. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

Myself and 6 girlfriends stayed in the Attic Apartment at Lanwades Hall and it was absolutely perfect for us. We all got our own rooms which was absolutely ideal for our group and the number of bathrooms and toilet were spot on. Alex the host was absolutely fantastic throughout, responsive to all questions before we arrived and was so friendly and helpful whilst we were there too, nothing was too much and the complimentary Celebrations went down a treat! :-) We could not fault the location either, it was absolutely ideal as it's just a walk away from Kennett Station so we were easily able to do a day trip into Cambridge within 30 minutes. It's also just a 10 minute taxi into Newmarket where we went for a fantastic dinner at Unico followed by cocktails and a live singer at a fantastic bar called Gee Gee's. If you were going to the races then it would also be perfect. Thanks so much Alex for everything, we expect to return again.

We had a lovely couple of days at this property. It was beautifully clean with all the essentials including breakfast and ice for an evening drink which was a lovely touch. Super friendly and helpful hosts. Location is perfect for anyone wanting peace and quiet, close to a number of beaches and places to eat. We will definitely be coming back 😊

My mum and I have just returned home from a long weekend staying in the Orford Studio and it was absolutely perfect. The accommodation is lovely - it is the perfect size, clean and cosy and has everything you could ever need. All the little touches and extra's made us feel at home straight away - we especially loved the underfloor heating and DVD's available! The check in and out is very quick and easy and Sasha made sure that we were all okay and had everything we need. We loved the site of the studio's; we went on some walks around the fields and loved waking up to the ducks in the morning. The location of the studio's is perfect - it's so close to all the neighbouring towns and places we wanted to visit and was a perfect place to stay. We had an absolutely amazing stay here and already want to return - I highly recommend! Thank you!

We had a great week at The Cromer Crab Shack. Matt and Michelle have gone to a lot of effort to make the place as attractive and homely as possible. Lots of great quality equipment like boiling water tap, coffee machine. Lovely to have beach equipment, DVDs and games to use as well. Living room is very comfy and spacious. Main bedroom a good size, kids' bedroom and bathroom are very compact but well optimised. The parking space is also small, and we were not able to use for our car (large estate car), due to the narrow and slightly awkward access. Thankfully we were always able to find parking on The Loke, just a short walk from the apartment, and we were able to bring the car down the back alley to load and unload. The location is great for reaching restaurants, shops, beach etc on foot, very central. We would stay again if we came back to Cromer.

Spacious and peaceful, Bridget's annex is perfectly located to explore the coast around Blakeney. The welcome pack was particularly appreciated.

Excellent, modern, comfy accommodation. We will be booking again! A welcome pack and beautiful little touches for christmas made it feel home from home. Brilliant location.
