Simplistic & Modern Apartment - Town Centre

Our maisonette is situated in the heart of the majestic seaside town of Tenby inside the town castle walls. This is a 200 year old listed building so note it is quirky in places.… this just adding to its charm. A great blend of old and new with a modern day light, sleek & chic look. Our apartment is located up a small flight of stairs. The stairs shared with the retail outlet below. The main access door is to the side of the shop. There can be some external noise at peak times and weekends.

The cottage has been fully refurbished. It offers a combination of contemporary and old in a minimalistic manner. Full use of all the facilities within the cottage. They include a 40 inch smart TV in the lounge, TV in the kitchen, TVs in 2 / 3 bedrooms. (King and Double) The single rear bedroom leads out to a decking area. Fully equipped kitchen. For anyone who has stayed in Mumbles they will be aware of parking issues - this is not a problem here as there is a private off road parking area.
