Close proximity to Golf Courses; 35-45 mins from University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW), City of Wilmington (Historic Downtown, USS Battleship NC, malls, movies, etc)

No stairs to climb, level walkway, and a fully fenced yard are ideal for children, pets (fee applies), and older guests. Lots of amenities and beach equipment are provided.

Home Away From Home

Our home is a block away from all the action in town however we're secluded, private and right across from the lake. We're within walking distance of anything you need. It’s a 5-8 minute walk to the beach depending on what your carrying ie. kids, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, etc. and we do offer a beach cart to help with this process. Walking or jogging around the lake is great exercise. One lap around is 2/3 mile. Kayaks and paddle boats are available to rent at the lake.

This home is non-smoking and accommodates 10 guests. All linens are included. No pets.
