Country house located in Radda, the heart of the Chianti, within walking distance from the historical center and other services such as; Coffee shops, Post Office,grocery stores and restaurants. The property is surrounded by a garden and there is a nice wooden table in the garden to eat in an open space and another lounge spot to enjoy the magnificent landscape.

Podere Pereti Nuovi – Modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.
