Our property features a living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and bathroom downstairs. Washer and dryer for our guest's comfort. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms and second bathroom plus loft with futon, games, TV, toys and books for our little visitors. We have one car garage and patio with grill. Great place. Just like the photos. So clean and well-organized. Lots of little extras. Loved the large washer and dryer, welcome book with local recommendations, plenty of towels, comfy beds. The resort pool was great. Kids loved the bunk room. Great location for exploring Arches and Canyonlands. We travel often and stay at rentals frequently, and this one is top notch. Highly recommend. Wish we were able to stay longer and would definitely book again.

Great place! We will be staying here the next time we come to Moab. It’s 2 short blocks from shopping and restaurants. The place was very clean and neat. Our grown daughter slept on the pullout couch and said it was comfortable. The place was very spacious.

We wanted to get away from the hubbub of Moab. This place definitely fits the bill. Quiet, beautiful. The house has everything you need, kitchen, bath, bbq, garage, outdoor seating... There are two proper beds, a Murphy and a sofa bed, each in a private room. This worked fine for us, but might be an issue for 3 or 4 couples who all want proper beds.

Loved our stay and would highly recommend. Traveled as a family of six and had ample space. Beds were comfortable including the roll-away bed we utilized. The drives to Arches (10 min) & Caynonlands (20 min) were easy and scenic. Walked to dinner. The pool area was relaxing after hiking and wasn’t too crowded for us over a holiday weekend. Scott & Sarah were responsive and helpful hosts, offering us local food recommendations. Thanks for playing a part in a special family trip.

We loved Jens place. We were a group of 8 with three small kids and there was plenty of room. we adored drinking wine on the patio every night and watching the sun go down. the kitchen was very well equipped and we used the grill every day. My kids really enjoyed the pool. I prefer a more peaceful location to downtown but we were still close to arches Park and many other attractions. all in all a wonderful stay

The views from the front and back of the property are fantastic. Everything is great, the only minor quibble I had was the harsh smelling chemicals used to clean the kitchen floors, not very friendly to people with allergies; had to air the living room area for half a day for the smell to dissipate.

A great place for a family or friends outing. The house was very clean, well furnished, in a peaceful location with close proximity to Moab downtown and the parks. House had all the amenities with the hot tub being an added bonus. We were a family of 10 and thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Joyce was very responsive, friendly and even welcomed us with a plate of homemade cookies. An additional bathroom or half bath would have helped for a big group but we managed. Definitely recommend for a family outing!

This Airbnb was by far the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. Nestled in the La Sal Mountains, it’s surrounded by a few guest houses and offers stunning panoramic mountain views in every direction. Our host, Cindy, was exceptionally kind, offered thoughtful recommendations, and even showed us nearby hiking trails. The mountains are quite literally in the backyard, making it perfect for nature lovers. One of the highlights was the night sky — the stargazing was absolutely breathtaking. If you’ve never experienced stargazing before, this is the ideal place to start. Located about 20 minutes outside downtown Moab, the property offers the perfect balance of peace and proximity, especially since the downtown area can get quite crowded during tourist season. We can’t recommend this place highly enough!
