Villa holiday rentals in Sperlonga

We have just returned from a weekend that we will struggle to forget. Relaxation, sea and comfort were the ingredients of this dream stay. The icing on the cake Luciano, an impeccable owner, always available for every need, we felt like guests at a friend's house. We'll be back as soon as possible!

We stayed at Cecilias and Emilio's house as a family of 5 at the end of October and had a wonderful time there, especially since the weather gave us sun and summer temperatures all the time. The house is part of a terraced house complex and is about 2 km from the actual Sperlonga and and this season there were almost no tourists on site, so we had the beach in front of the villa to ourselves, also the restaurants in the immediate vicinity were all already closed. The house is nicely decorated, but it has been behind it for a few years and certain areas need renovation. There were mold spots on the wall in the downstairs bedroom, and it also smelled like mold. The drain in the downstairs bathroom smelled pretty strong. And unfortunately, the WiFi was not very stable, the connection kept breaking. Apart from these restrictions, however, we felt very comfortable there.

We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment with my family. The apartment has exceeded our expectations from every point of view. One of the highlights is definitely the ample outdoor space, ideal for relaxing and for children to play safely. The rooms are very spacious and complete with all the necessary materials, making the stay comfortable and worry-free. Air conditioning was a real relief on the hottest days. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea, allowing us to easily explore the area without having to move too far. But what really made a difference was Paola's welcome and support, which was exceptional from the first moment. We felt really welcome and assisted in our every need. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful and pleasant vacation. Thank you very much to Paola for making the stay so special!

Everything is very nice. Very spacious house, beautiful terrace, well-equipped bathrooms, nice garden with swing for children, lounge chairs and sun loungers available. Real direct access to the beach. The house is complete with everything, you only need towels for the sea. Ample space for cars on the property. Everything completely matches the description. Host available, punctual, and prompt. It was definitely a great experience!!

Beautiful spot, we stayed in June and it was hot outside but easy to keep cool inside without air conditioning. The scenery is outstanding and it was nice to walk around I side the secluded gated community. Well stocked all around! The kitchen had everything you needed and then some. Even a variety of Italian coffee maker sizes. Linen on the bed was beautiful. It's less than 15 minutes to Sperlonga which is a cute little non-touristy town. I'd recommend parking at the top of the hill your first trip there. Be sure to bring cash especially coins as parking in Sperlonga annoyingly only seems to accept this as payment. Sometimes the neighbors played loud music but our host was able to talk to them and there was no issue from them after that. Host was perfect and greeted us there. Very nice and clean place. Floor was spotless. Stylysh and comfortable. The place looked better than in photos. It has a Tuscany feel to it. Short drive into Itri for nice food. Overall 8 out of 10.

Lucilla is a tremendous host—warm, communicative, and thoughtful throughout. She personally met us on arrival to ease our way into the gated community and was there again to see us off at the end of our stay. You’re not just booking a rental—you’re staying in her cherished summer home, and it feels that way from the moment you walk in. The house is lovely, with a private walk-out gate that makes getting into the heart of Nettuno a breeze. Everything—the beach, historic center, shops, and restaurants—is just steps away. We stayed over a warm June weekend, and with the windows open, we could hear the nearby beach entertainment at night—part of the charm of coastal Italy in summer. If you’re a light sleeper, a pair of earplugs might be helpful, but we found it all part of the lively, local atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Nettuno with the added comfort of a gracious and attentive host.

We had a great stay. The house is equipped with every comfort to spend a pleasant vacation. Large and comfortable spaces, nice garden. Located in a quiet area. The beach is easy to get to .

We had a fantastic holiday in this spacious villa. it was clean, fully equipment and Monica and Giuseppe warmly welcomed us. It was filled uo with coffee, shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, olive oil, dishwasher tabs and enough towels for the wjole family. There were beach toys available for our daughter, we enjoyed the big garden a lot and a BBQ was available with a bag of coal. I highly recommend this place for holidays and it is very suitable for bigger groups +4.

The villa, the garden and the surrounding mountains are incredibly beautiful. We especially enjoyed the kayaks + SUP board, the big and rainsafe outdoor table, the new smart TV, the whirlpool and the many seats to lay at the beachfront. All in all a place for a dream vacation.

Rosalba and Claudia were punctual at the check-in as agreed and explained everything to us in detail in the house. Both of them are very friendly and communicated proactively with us. The house itself is very spacious with a beautiful garden. It exactly matches the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidy, we had no complaints. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. It is located outside of San Felice Circeo, and it takes about 1 hour to walk to the village. There are shopping facilities and restaurants nearby (about a 15-minute walk). The beach is also reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. The property is surrounded by a fence, making it private, and the area is very quiet.

The house is beautiful and the views are INCREDIBLE! The hill to get to the house is very steep but worth it for the most beautiful vista. We couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved the house and especially the garden, just stunning and we ate outside for every meal.

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

Super nice house with plenty of space especially outside. We traveled 2 adults and 2 teenagers we had a lot of fun. Super nice pool with a tilt. Several shopping and restaurants right nearby by car. Thank you for 5 lovely days in the house. ☀️

Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

Our family had a magnificent stay at Cristina's house. The pictures do not do it justice! Everything was beautifully clean, incredibly comfortable, and gorgeous. The pool and outdoor grilling/eating area were daily delights. Cristina and her husband were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Amelia’s place. The house is beautifully maintained and perfectly equipped with everything one might need. The garden is lush and full of colorful flowers, and the pool was a highlight—refreshing and well-kept, ideal for relaxing under the sun. Just a five-minute drive away is the quaint town of Maenza, where you can enjoy a walk through its cozy streets, visit a historic castle, and discover a few delightful restaurants and a local shop in the center. I love this villa, we were there last year, we came back this year and we will definitely visit it next year. Incredible atmosphere, privacy, mountain and sea views, nature, the villa is very green, there is a private pool. The beach is 15 minutes away by car, supermarkets too. Beautiful sunsets. Mosquito repellent is a must. I would highly recommend this villa.
