Abendsonne vacation apartment - Right on the beach

Unsere Ferienwohnung Abendsonne liegt ebenerdig direkt am Strand auf der wunderschönen autofreien Nordseeinsel Wangerooge. Die Nichtraucherwohnung ist 26 qm groß und ist perfekt für 2 Personen geeignet. Hunde sind willkommen. Sie hat einen gemütlichen Wohn-/Schlafraum mit einer bequemen Schlafcouch und dem Zugang zum windgeschützten Südbalkon. Die Küche ist separat. Im Tageslichtbad findet ihr eine Dusche mit tiefem Einstieg. Gerne nutzt die hauseigene kostenpflichtige Sauna und den Indoorpool.

Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muss derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten unserer Ferienwohnung von 140 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 45 EURO unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

Urlaub in dem ältesten und schönsten Haus auf Spiekeroog! Ein kleines aber feines Apartment, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Im unteren Stockwerk befindet sich eine Küche und die nötigsten elektronischen Geräte. Ein gemütlicher Wohn-Essbereich lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Duschwanne. Die Toilette ist separat und wird durch ein Wandgemälde geschmückt. Über eine Treppe geht es ins obere Stockwerk, in dem ein großes Bett tiefen Schlaf garantiert.

Unsere exklusive Ferienwohnung Bootsmann, mit eigener Sauna und Balkon, bietet einen besonderen Rückzugsort auf Langeoog und ist perfekt, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Wenige Gehminuten vom lebhaften Inseldorf entfernt, ideal für den Einkaufsbummel und Ihre Restaurantbesuche, bietet die Lage unserer sehr geschmackvoll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung erholsame Ruhe. Der Strand ist ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen, ein Fahrradverleih ist direkt in der Nachbarschaft vorhanden.

Wir vermieten eine einfache, ältere, saubere NICHTRAUCHER - Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung liegt abseits vom Touristenbummel, ca. 1000 Schritte oder 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Meer und Strand gelegen. Schreib uns einfach , wenn Du Interesse hast. Wir freuen uns, Deinen Langeoogbesuch so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Beste und meist sonnige Grüße von der Insel Langeoog. Tipp: Im kühlen Frühjahr wirklich nur für kälteunempfindliche Gäste geeignet.

From fully automatic coffee to a Wii U, it has it all. If you want to unlock more levels, you are welcome. ;-)
