We have 4 apartments of this type on first floor and on two levels with two bedrooms (one double and a single bedroom. The single bedroom is in the attic and has no door it overlooks the living room), living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower. The farmhouse enjoys a 360° view of the Umbrian and Tuscan hills and has a garden and shared swimming pool in summer, lounge and playground. This typology can NOT be booked with CHILDREN UNDER 12 or babies and is for max 3 people.

Renovated old farmhouse, divided into apartments of various sizes. It is a few kilometers from Montefalco and the main cities of art in Umbria. It has a large garden, playground, barbecue, equipped swimming pool, and parking. The apartment is a two-room apartment, on the first floor, with a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower with a box, and an entrance with a kitchenette/living area and a double sofa bed. Externally it has a gazebo with a table and chairs.

The "Il Fienile" apartment is located within Corte Fratini, an 18th-century rural complex, recognized as being of historical interest, built around a closed farmyard in the town of Pigge, 3 km from Trevi. The apartment has a separate entrance, 1 double bedroom with a whirlpool tub, a kitchen with a living area, a sofa, a private bathroom, a fireplace, a TV, and Wi-Fi. Dogs under 10 kg are allowed upon request and with a daily supplement to be paid on site.

Leaving the car in the free parking lot, you will have to walk 200 meters to reach this house in the heart of a forest and set in a large rock. All around you can take pleasant walks to the Rio Grande dam. Very suitable for a relaxing weekend in close contact with nature. Suitable for couples (even with pets) who are looking for relaxation, away from the chaos of the cities and who want to escape the responsibilities and stress of life for a while.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
