Elegant apartment near the sea

The house is situated in Votsi,in a quiet,silent residential area. It has a stunning view of the port and its crystal clear water. It is close to the astonishing beach of Spartines,wich is reacheable only by a small path and is always almost deserted. The apartment is a mix of 80's and old furnitures,with a modern touch. Literally 3 minutes walking distance from "Votsi" beach where you can find cafes and restaurants with local food. Around 500m from the wild "Spartines" beach. Grocery store within short walking distance. Our house is located in a quiet and peaceful location, you are welcome to enjoy your summer vacation here and relax fully!

Other the sea

Alta Marea is located in the Alta Marea area, which is about 20 minutes (by car) from Patitiriya and 8 minutes from Alta Vala, where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. At a distance of less than 50m from the residence there is a quiet beach, without crowds. However, if someone wants something more strenuous, within 1 km is the famous beach of Agios Dimitrios. From the two terraces of the house you can enjoy the view of narrow Peristera.
