Holiday rentals with a patio in Sporades

Καθαρό, όμορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα σε μία πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι. Τα διάφορα δωμάτια είναι όπως ακριβώς φαίνονται στις φωτογραφίες και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μία άνετη διαμονή. Από τα πιο δυνατά στοιχεία του σπιτιού είναι το μπαλκόνι από το οποίο μπορείς να απολαύσεις την θέα όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας. Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετική, μας παρέλαβε από το λιμάνι ώστε να μην ταλαιπωρηθούμε με τις βαλίτσες μας και μας έδωσε προτάσεις σχετικά με τα διάφορα μέρη που μπορούμε να επισκεφτούμε κατά την παραμονή μας στο νησί.

The flat was very clean and stylish. The bed was amazing and there was a mosquito net on the window, so we could leave it open at all times. There was a spaceous place to sit outside, sourrounded by nature. It was very quiet at night and bird singing woke us up in the morning. The huge parking was just in front of the building. The nearest shop was 150 m away, the seaside and city center were cca 300 m away. The best part of this amazing experience was the host. Filitsa was kind and nice, she responded very fast to our every question and gave us many local recommendations. She helped us with advice, even when we were not her guest anymore. We had a feeling she really cares for all her guests. This was one of our best accomodations in 10 years. And beaches were also amazing. If you get a chance to stay at this place, you could count yourself lucky! I would love to do that again in the future!

ראשית יש לומר שYAnnis המארח הוא פשוט מדהים. הבית עצמו נעים נקי ומזמין. אמנם הבית לא גדול עבור משפחה גדולה, היינו משפחה עם 5 נפשות. זה גבול הבית, אין מה להגיע יותר. אבל המיקום מושלם, צמוד לים, 5 מטר ירידה ואתם בחוף. הבית הוא בתחילת טיילת שבה בתי קפה ומסעדות , ממש נוח להכל. בחוף הקסום שליד יש בר עם מוזיקה טובה. בכלל המקום הוא אחד ממקומות האירוח של bnb הטובים שיצא לנו להתארח. לבסוף יש לומר תודה ליאניס שפשוט כל הזמן דאג לתת לנו תחושה נפלאה. החל מהכנת תוכנית לטיול במקומות השווים של פיליון, ממשיך בזמינות לכל בקשה, ומסתיים בשיחה טובה איך זה להיות יווני. אנחנו מתכוונים לחזור יום אחד. אין ספק.

Moderne und stylische Wohnung, Top-Lage (Restaurants, Supermarkt etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe). Ilia und seine Frau waren überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir wurden sogar zum Strand gebracht und zum Flughafen, obwohl wir nicht gefragt hatten. Einfache und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin Ionna. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι, καθαρό σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Η κυρία Αθανασία παρά πολύ ευγενική και φιλόξενη, πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστείς. Θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά σίγουρα και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Olga was a great host, was quick to respond and had great recommendations for the surrounding areas. The apartment had everything we needed and even more, like games, cards and an umbrella we could take to the beach. It was an overall great experience

Brilliant stay and hosts were super responsive. The quality of the place is top-notch, very clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided made the stay feel quite luxurious. The absolute highlight was the view – waking up to panoramic scenery each morning was truly breathtaking. Having a glass of wine or coffee whilst sitting on one of the two balconies watching the world go by and soaking up the views made the trip. Only downside to being on top of the bar and being in the centre of the hustle and bustle it can be noisy, but the windows do a great job of cutting down the noise but there’s still the humdrum of music in the background until the early hours of the morning, so light sleepers might want to pack some earplugs - with just this little noise preparation in mind it’s a perfect place to stay.

The house is modest yet wonderful! a perfect Airbnb experience. Situated within an Olive Grove and with an amazing view to the sea, you wake up to the sound of birds and ocean waves, and everything around is green. Theres almost total privacy at any point of the backyard and house, and it's just a 2minute drive down to Chorefto Beach for Cafe or Taverns. The host is very nice and very helpful, gave us a lot of recommendations and information, we'll definitely come back if we get the chance.

Our stay at Kaiti Studios was just wonderful. The area is perfect for a relaxing holiday, Koukounaries Beach is a short walk, also you can walk directly to some beaches in the north side of the island (for example Elias Beach) which takes around 20 Minutes through a beautiful forrest. Close by are great restaurants (with also vegan and vegetarian options), a small supermarket and some bars. The Bus stop is very close and we never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus. Alexandros is a great host! He always replied immediately and greeted us always kindly. During our 1 week stay our room got cleaned twice. There is a small kitchen with everything one could need. Can only recommend this place. Alexandros, thank you for the beautiful time!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad! Er is een leuk zitje waar je privé in de schaduw kan zitten. Het huisjes is compleet, schoonmaakspullen, kruiden aanwezig. Kiriaki regeert snel als je haar iets vraagt. We hebben 2 keer gegeten in het restaurant van haar broer, Castella, een aanrader!! Je zit aan de zee! Erg veel leuke restaurantjes dichtbij. Het huisje zit in het rustige gedeelte, op loopafstand van de drukte. Perfect! Dank voor de mooie week!

We loved Carlas place. We had a little trouble locating it due to a poor phone signal and the taxi driver refusing to drop us anywhere but the port. Once we arrived it was a perfect location for the beach, bars and restaurants which were all within walking distance. Carla’s communication was great and she was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and we hope to stay here again.

За нас престоя при Vasily беше прекрасно преживяване,всъщност повече-място на което се отпуснахме и почувствахме красотата и спокойствието на Гърция, поръсена с аромат на риган,жасмин и лимони .Потънахме в тишината на залива,хапвахме прясна рибка,карахме колелета,плувахме,наслаждавахме се на красотите наоколо и си мислехме,че това място е дар.Домакина е изключително мил,човечен,точен и отзивчив човек.Къщата е с чудна локация,нямахме никакви затруднения в откриването и паркирането.Вътре много чиста,грижливо помислена да е част от тихия,красив залив,носи безбрежието на Гърция-непретенциозна,лека и помислина в детайл.Имахме всичко необходимо да се чувстваме спокойни с малко дете .Градината е етажирана и красива с прекрасна гледка към залива и място да зареждаме електрическите колелета.Отпред има кейче за лодка.Милина е близкото селце за пазаруване и тавернички,има и детска площадка.Благодарим от Все сърце,ние ще идваме отново и отново и отново:)))!!!

Mata was wonderful, the best host we've had! She's very kind, attentive, she gave us great recommendations and exceeded every expectation. The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, every little detail shows the love and dedication with which Mata cares for it. Every space delicately perfumed and the whole house was impeccably clean. The porch/terrace is a great space for eating and spending time with family and has a great view of the sea. The island is beautiful and the house is very well located, near the port, the center of the town, and the bus station. Every beach we went to was beautiful and not too far away. Even though there are a few stairs to climb to get there, the view from the house is worth the climb. There are also some stairs inside the house so people with reduced mobility should be aware of that. We had an incredible time in Skiathos and at Mata's place, if you had the goodluck to find this house dont doubt it! It's worth it. Both Mata and the house are a 100!

Emma Host gentilissima. Arrivati al porto è venuta a prenderci per accompagnarci alla casa che dista circa 1 km. Pulizia impeccabile e casetta magnifica. Consigliatissimo!

Wo soll ich anfangen - Oma‘s Hütte ist ein Traum. Wer auf der Suche nach eine ruhigen und privaten Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Umgebung und Meerblick ist, ist hier richtig! Olga ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, sie hat uns den Weg zu dem Haus gezeigt und uns mit selbstgemachten Marmeladen und Oliven überrascht. Sie war gut erreichbar und hat uns regelmäßig gefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen. Die Handtücher waren flauschig, die Betten bequem und die Terrasse geräumig mit mehren Sitzgelegenheiten umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Wir hatten sogar das Glück Delfine von der Terrasse aus beobachten, bring also am besten ein Fernglas mit! Dank Olga haben wir uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt und kommen wieder!

Direkt am Strand- näher geht nicht mehr. Die kleine Wohnung geht hinten raus, die große hat den Meerblick

Siamo stati una settimana. L'host ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. La casa è pulita ed in una posizione comodissima, per le spiagge e per i market alimentari. Nella casa c'era tutto l'occorrente e si poteva cenare anche fuori nel cortile. A soli pochi chilometri dalla Chora che merita assolutamente una visita

The apartment is located in the middle of Skopelos town, very close to the harbour and the bus stop. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately we overlooked that there was no wifi and we were visited by a cockroach. Otherwise we had no problems. The communication with Evangelina was great, she even left us some greek sweets and Tomato’s from her garden.

It was a last minute decision to book this apartment and we are so glad we did! It was just perfect. Clean, spacious and well equipped with an amazing view over the sea from the huge roof terrace. Location is great. Just short walk to the supermarket/bakery and the old port and town too. A special mention to Dimitris who was so lovely. He met us on arrival and gave us some fantastic advice on where to go and what to do. He really helped us to make the most of our stay- thank you. Would definitely return here .

Wir - Familie mit einem Kind - haben im August 2023 knapp zwei Wochen auf Skopelos in einer Ferienwohnung von Fotisstudios verbracht. Wir wurden herzlichst begrüßt, konnten früher einchecken, in der sehr sauberen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Hygienneartikel sowie Proviant fürs erste Frühstück wurden uns unerwarteterweise zur Verfügung gestellt. Frau Nikoletta die Ehefrau von Fotis und Maria seine Nichte haben uns alle Fragen beantwortet, uns Anregungen für Unternehmungen gegeben. Da unsere Gastgeber im gleichen Gebäude wohnen, konnten wir uns jeder Zeit an sie mit unseren Anliegen und Fragen wenden. Wir bedanken uns bei den Gastgebern, vor allem bei Frau Nikoletta und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter!
