Lazy Dog is conveniently located less than 2 miles from the Bosque Del Apache Wildlife Refuge. A secluded haven, our dog-friendly* casita has a fenced-in yard and private garden. We are surrounded by miles of off-road paths for quiet walks and easy bike rides, yet near enough to the Chupadera Mountains for the more adventurous hiker. The Cottage at Arrandale Farms

Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. Only 15 min drive to downtown & the UA. Plenty of wildlife! It’s a perfect spot to unwind after a day in town, or get some time away to paint, write or reconvene with yourself, nature, or the one you love. (* NO HOT TUB has never worked & will NOT be working).

West-side Trailhead Retreat in the Sonoran Desert

2017 guest house in Tucson Mountain foothills adjacent to Sweetwater Preserve (14+ mi.s of trails: mountain biking, horseback, running, & hiking)! Enjoy the giant soaking tub, BBQ grill, sunsets & patio. A full kitchen, sitting area, bath & BR are downstairs (550 sq. ft.). Up a 90-degree ladder to BR/retreat space, wonderful for getaway views. Our property is a 3-acre lot w/ desert flora/fauna, stars, & quietness, yet only 10 mi. from UA. Horses add to the ambiance with a taste of ranch life.
