Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Staveley

Peter was very helpful, and the check-in process was easy. We arrived early, and when I mentioned this to Peter, he told me that I could check in right away if the cleaner had finished. That really made my day. The place was lovely, cozy, and quiet; it felt like home. Thank you once again for all your help. We look forward to visiting you again soon.

This is a perfect stay for a quiet getaway. Felt very safe as a woman on my own. The flat was really clean and homely. They left a lovely card and drinks and chocolate. Lovely friendly hosts. Can't thank you enough for the stay! I highly recommend to anyone.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, nice apartment everything we needed was provided and was kept to a high standard. The only let down was parking as we were the only place without a place provided. All in all a great experience.

Jay's Nest it's a great place to stay. Friendly hosts, convenient location, close to the centre of the village and many beautiful walks on the doorstep. Perfect base for those who wish to explore Lake District. The flat has home from home feel. The kitchen has all essentials and no need to wash up, dishwasher does it for you. Clean, working washing machine with dryer if needed. The seating area very cosy with nice views through windows, you can relax after a long day walking. Big bedroom with comfortable bed and plenty of space for storing your gear/clothes etc. Again, super clean, couldn't ask for more. Fair size spotless ensuite with good size shower. Plenty of space to keep what you need in the bathroom. Sadly, due to the weather, we were not able to use the outside area where having a morning coffee or evening drink must be super enjoyable. It was our first time in LD and we will be back to Jay's Nest, that's for sure. Needless to say, we highly recommend Jay's Nest!

We had a lovely 3 nights at The Stable ,the accommodation was very clean and good value.Situated in lovely surroundings for walking and touring.The local pubs offer great food.Maria could not have been more helpful and freindly

What a fabulous few days me and my boys had ..I’ve never seen them so relaxed (ages 35 and 37 )x I think it was the lovely energy we felt in the beautiful Nest xx looking out over the river each morning set us up for the day. Would recommend 100% , we had everything we needed ..I couldn’t fault it ..the bedrooms immaculate and the beds /bedding were soft clean and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the gym and pool offer also x staff there were lovely at the Swan Hotel. Thank you xx

Beautiful location few minutes walk into the centre. Handbook in the apartment to describe things that may occur when at the house and how to resolve such as heating and hot water. Comfortable and clean bedding with space for belongings. Well suited and fitted kit h with all that you need. Bathroom has all necessary things needed. Lovely stay!

We had an amazing two-night stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the large living room and playroom, and the TV was a great bonus. The Wi-Fi was excellent — super fast and reliable. The location was superb, making it easy to get around. Plus, having nearest parking was really convenient. Our host was also incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made our stay even smoother. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully equipped property in a pretty, quiet location but still in the heart of the village. Ideal location for visiting South Lakes. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. Everything was provided down to dishwashing tablets. Will sent some very useful info before our arrival and kept in touch before and during our stay . I wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely house, great views, within 30 mins drive to all main south lakes sights. Communication and check in all very easy and clear. We had a great stay :)

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay - a warm, cosy house with an excellent stock of DVDs and games to keep us entertained, and we were spoilt for choice in terms of nearby pubs and restaurants. Communication was prompt and friendly - we really can’t recommend this property enough.

Can’t say enough about the house and its host. Very clean, nice linens, comfy beds and perfect location to get to local shops, restaurants, pubs etc. We had a really lovely stay and Lizzie was super helpful and hospitable, ensuring our stay was perfect. Windermere (and Bowness on Windermere) are 10min walk from the house. It truly is a beautiful location to enjoy the Lake District. We will definitely be back!

The venue is stunning, the photos do not do it justice! Everyone has everything the need in each room with their own en suite and the grandness of the building is something else! You have so much space, the large garden area wraps around back and side and is beautiful with stunning views! Everything you could need in the kitchen and welcome bottle very kindly provided by our hosts! Plenty of entertainment and eating areas! When leaving one of our cars broke down and they were very understanding and accommodating! Perfect location, made our stay extra special!

It was perfect. I was worried about being so close to the local pub but I had nothing to worry. You couldn’t hear anything. It was so peaceful. I would totally recommend a stay at Rachael’s accommodation.

Amazing kitchen we both loved cooking in our tapas meal in it. It was great to have a selection of herbs and spices already in the kitchen. Everything clean and tidy . Wonderful place to stay and hope to come back soon :). Hope you have good clutch control getting out the drive way aha. Thank you for having us

Lovely little bolthole, incredible location in the heart of the village. You’re a minute walk away from most of the restaurants, pubs and sights. Getting checked in was super easy and the place was spotless, thank you Nia!

Great host who responded to any communication swiftly and reassuringly. Property is superb with individual querks which make it unique. Magical information given to us beforehand which was of great value. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Myself, my husband and our cocker spaniel found this a beautiful place to stay - even better than the photos! We found everything we might need for a cosy and comfortable few days, and the roll-top bath was the ultimate treat after cold, wet days on the fells! It was really convenient to walk into Kendal and to drive and explore the Eastern side of the beautiful Lake District. Trina was the perfect host - she had left lovely personal touches for our arrival, and was so helpful and kind throughout our stay. We would thoroughly recommend this gorgeous apartment to anyone visiting the Lakes.

Abigail’s is the most beautiful home! We visit every year not only because of the home but because of Simone, the host is amazing!! She really is a 10/10 host, very easy to talk to, caring and very responsive to your needs! We feel very lucky to spend our time in the lakes but thats a huge thank you to Abigail’s for making our holiday special! Thank you Simone - you’re amazing 🤩

The Hideaway was a beautiful, peaceful and perfect setting for us to celebrate our anniversary, made all the more special by Fiona’s very warm welcome, outstanding hospitality and helpfulness, providing guests with everything you might need. One of the comfiest and largest beds we’ve ever slept in; lovely bathroom and well equipped kitchen; all very clean and with many thoughtful touches throughout. Huge bonus to have many perfect spots to sit and relax in the garden and absolutely love the ‘hot chocolate hut’! Great walks from the doorstep, super path to Kirkby Lonsdale and loads of places to visit and eat. Thanks Fiona for a really lovely weekend and a beautiful and very generous welcome basket - we look forward to returning as a weekend was far too short to enjoy the area and the Hideaway!

The property was a home from home. It was absolutely beautiful with an amazing garden and view. The property had everything we needed. The hosts communication was clear and proactive leaving no uncertainty about what to expect. The surrounding area is beautiful and the property itself very peaceful. Would definately stay again.

What a lovely flat in sleepy Sedbergh! Great location and very peaceful. The flat is so comfortable with the softest carpets too. Lots of extra towels and bedding available. A very well equipped kitchen and a lovely feeling of calm as soon as we stepped inside. Everything was really well thought out and very clean. We stayed for two nights but will definitely stay again and for longer next time. Amy very kindly extended our check out time and always responded to questions quickly. I highly recommend visiting Sedbergh and staying in this stunning little flat!

We really enjoyed our stay here at Whitbarrow. The apartment was lovely, with the special addition of the balcony overlooking the beautiful views, which we enjoyed with a cuppa or two. Our boys loved the toys and the drawing that was available to play with but, of course, their highlight was the pool. Local distance to Lowther, buttermere, Penrith, pooley Bridge, Keswick etc so lots to do. We’ll be back soon! 🙂
