The city's monument protection ensures solid construction with wooden windows and clay bricks; we ourselves pay attention to natural materials and have used Brandenburg pine for the floors and weatherproof larch wood for the courtyard facade. Clay plaster and half-timbering (even the newly restored one is traditionally connected only by wooden pins!) ensure an authentic living experience. On the first floor there is a wood-burning stove. The central heating is fed in a very modern way from the solar system plus gas.

Vacation home on the Drömling

Right on the Drömling, the unique biosphere reserve, is our apartment on the ground floor of a large farmhouse. It has a separate entrance. Parking with the possibility to charge the electric car is available right in front of the house. The courtyard property is completely fenced and therefore ideal for children. The swing, the sandbox and the stilt house may be played with, so that our dog, cats, chickens and ponies quickly become a minor matter. You are welcome to use the pool.

Villa Baben - Vacation in the countryside 1

Relax in this quiet, stylish accommodation. The apartment is about 85 m² and lovingly furnished. From the kitchen there is a large terrace that leads directly into the greenery via an open staircase. During the summer months, our pool can also be used by our guests. The cities of Tangermünde, Stendal, Arneburg are easy to reach at only about 15 km each. A self-service market is 1.5 km away and a train station is 2 km away. Stag parties, company parties or similar are not welcome.

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Welcome to Tangermünde. Our apartment is located in a vacation home with 2 other apartments. The old town of Tangermünde with all its sights, cafes, restaurants and shops is only a few minutes' walk away (approx. 400 m). In addition, you will find the harbor promenade, the Tangier and the Elbe wetlands in the immediate vicinity (about 300 m). Our apartment is the ideal base for exploring the old town of Tangermünde and the Elbe landscape.

Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. One-room apartment in the Fachwerk Lehm und Land

Das Einzimmeraparment ist gemütlich und für ein Pärchen oder eine Person perfekt. In der Altmark ist die Zeit oft ein wenig langsamer, und genau darin liegt ihr Reiz. Hier hört man den Wind in den Bäumen, das gelegentliche Läuten der Kirchenglocke eines Nachbarortes, das Zirpen der Grillen im Sommer und das ferne Rufen von Wildvögeln. Die Landschaft schafft eine Atmosphäre, die Ruhe vermittelt und den Blick für das Wesentliche freigibt.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...
