Nice Attefallshus close to sea and forest

Welcome to Lillhagen, an Attefallshus built in 2019 of 25 sqm. Fully equipped with complete kitchen, fully tiled bathroom, washing and dryer. The house is located in an old residential area with about 1 km to the nearest municipal swimming area in Hakefjorden and 1 km to shopping center. Directly adjacent there are good municipal connections to Gothenburg and about 15 minutes drive to the nature reserve Svartedalen. You come easily by bus or car out to Tjörn and Orust if you want to experience the west coast at its best.

Här bor ni med fantastisk havsutsikt nära bad, skog och natur i ett nybyggt fritidshus på 30 kvadrat plus sovloft. Huset erbjuder alla tänkbara bekvämligheter så som diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, induktionshäll, ugn, tv mm. Njut av solnedgången på den härliga altanen eller ta en kort promenad ner till bryggan för ett dopp. Närhet till centrala till Stenungsund med affärer och restauranger. I närområdet finns många fina utflyktsmål. Till Orust/Tjörn och övriga Bohuslän tar man sig snabbt och lätt.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

This is a charming and clean apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden. The perfect place to relax after discovering the island of Tjörn. 2 kilometers to the sea with nice places to swim, grocery store and pizza place. Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. Stenungsund - closest shoppingcenter. Here is also several restaurants.

Patio with secluded location. 2 km to swimming in the sea and to Stenungsund city center with a large selection of restaurants and shops. Within a 20-minute walk, there is a gym, swimming pool and ice rink. Wi-Fi is available.

Relax in this unique and quiet home with the forest right next door. On road 649 about 1.5 km from the north Stenungsunds exit on E6 is our residence with small apartment on the upper floor. Each apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, kitchen, sofa corner and toilet with shower. There is good ventilation system in the building. There is a grassy area to use for various games and games for those who wish.
