The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow. Trees provide shade in the heat. Enjoy a break with friends or family in this noble place. Manor house with plenty of space in stately rooms. On the first floor, you have an exclusive 100 m² fireplace room with a country kitchen. On the 2nd floor, there are 6 bedrooms with new box-spring beds and en-suite bathrooms, which can be reached via a small staircase from the fireplace room or via the main staircase. Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located away from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It's surrounded by meadows and paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs in the direction of Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.
