Feels like a proper holiday staying here with the beach right on the doorstep and the sun trap garden. Lovely little home, comfortable and with all the essentials as well as a fab location.

Great stay and lovely house. Initially worried about space for parking but not an issue at all.

We had an amazing stay for my Husband’s birthday and the property did not disappoint! It was so beautifully decorated and very clean. Laura was also a fantastic host and answered all questions immediately. Thank you so much for giving us such a great weekend and for the extra surprise gift for my husband. We had the best time and will definitely be back soon.

Lovely two bedroom cottage with everything you need. The location is great, you feel like you’re in the middle of the forest and it’s private and secluded.

Great place to stay in worthing. Perhaps the cleanest air bnb I have ever stayed in - genuinely spotless! Very comfortable for a couple with 2 children and close to many amenities and the beach. Marie is a very responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay

Great stay in Brighton. Very central location walkable to all the main sights and close to the station. The place was very modern and looks just like the pictures. Would highly recommend for a short trip in Brighton.

Wonderful stay, great facilities and hosts. The off street is so valuable when the hotels charge so much. Extremely comfortable accommodation.

We had beautiful warm weather so enjoyed sitting in the large space at the front of the property. It was so peaceful ~ all we heard was birdsong. Wonderful countryside literally on the doorstep. Very relaxing.

We loved our 6 weeks in Brighton and Hove. The flat had everything we needed and location was superb. Mere blocks to the beautiful seaside and enticing pier. We used our flat as a base and traveled throughout the country . We could reach the train station by foot in 3 or 4 minutes. The community of Hove was the same distance with quaint and enchanting eateries and cafes. Peter, our host, was the icing on the cake. So welcoming and freely giving of his time and advice. He is an expert on the area and his help was invaluable and allowed us to maximize our time there. Grab this flat while it is available! Sent from my iPhone

A lovely place to stay while visiting Hove & Brighton. The apartment was clean and tidy and as described on the listing. Jayne supplied us with a comprehensive list of recommendations of places to go and where to eat & drink. We walked everywhere but Jayne also told us which buses to catch to the centre of Brighton. It’s well located in a quiet area but within a short walk to the beach. We would thoroughly recommend it.

Fabulous apartment in Brighton with the added bonus of a parking space. The location is great and the accommodation has everything you could need. Everything was cleaned to a high standard and the check-in instructions were top notch. Thank you for a great stay.

My wife and i had a fantastic 6 days in the apartment. It was incredibly calm, relaxing and peaceful. The hosts left us to our own devices but were available and responded as needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean, better than many hotels, and everything just worked as you needed it. As an example, the shower was just instant hot water, straight away. No silly fiddling with temperature taps etc that normally happens, it just all worked. Apologies Tony we left a chicken in the fridge when we left. Hopefully you cooked it and gave it to Mollie. Can wholeheartedly recommend.

Emily is the perfect host response to any question was so quick and helpful, the apartment is outstanding, beautifully designed and quirky, oh and the beds were ridiculously comfortable I could of stayed in bed all day! walking distance to the lanes and beach, a perfect apartment and a perfect location I highly recommend Emily

The host Julie is very polite, very friendly and very helpful with things to do around the area. The accommodation is exactly what is advertised and described. I would definitely recommend to anybody that asked about Julie's place, It was very peaceful and very relaxing, Loved it so much would definitely go back again if Julie was free to book.

We agreed with all the previous reviews, and would like to add, Elmer is a great place to visit, and the proximity to the beach is fabulous. Robs information was second to none!! The walks were breath taking. Our special visit was Arundel, the castle, gardens, and town were amazing. Ok, now for our one grump, the fridge is a bit small!!! i know, ridiculous but we didn't know whether to put the wine or the milk in the door, so had to drink the wine, and put the milk in the fridge....sorted. By the way, the welcome basket was very much appreciated.

Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

What a perfect getaway spot. We wished we had booked a longer stay! Alison has thought of everything to create a welcoming, stylish and comfortable experience inside and out! Highlights were strolling to the pretty pond area, private fire-pit area, blissfully comfy beds, views of fields and beautiful gardens. Added bonus was the on-site blacksmith’s traditional forge run by Alison’s son and husband!! Highly recommended. Thank you Alison!

Very happy with our stay , a lovely clean flat ,great location ,couldn't ask for more , responsive owners which always makes life easier.

I lived in the flat for 8 months and loved every minute of it. Such a wonderful flat perfect for a quick or long stay in Brighton. Has everything you need and just a short walk to shops, the city center, the train, busses, pubs, etc. The location is perfect, close enough to town to be able to pop in but far enough outside that it's very quiet. And the biggest bonus in Brighton: no giant hill! Ben was always super quick to respond and very proactive about any maintenance (which was only maybe once or twice my whole stay). The neighbors are all friendly and the area is very safe. I had no issues with mold or damp(another win in Brighton), and the heating was all very easy to navigate. I lived alone so this wasn't a problem for me but you can't run the kitchen tap and shower at the same time. But that's literally the only thing I can think of. The patio is another INCREDIBLE feature and its fabulous on a sunny morning. Thank you so much and I WILL be staying here again when I'm in town.

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the accommodation. Everything was new. We had our dog with us and wanted to use the green space in the parks opposite but a council run music and arts festival had taken them over so this was unexpected and a little inconvenient. The location of the apartment was excellent, with the Royal Pavilion, the sea front and the Lanes being very close on foot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Absolutely lovely apartment, clean, very comfy bed, really peaceful, having a parking space was so important to us, lots of resturants nearby and not far to walk to the seafront. Hosts were so friendly and always available if any questions were asked. Would highly recommend. Will return when visiting Brighton again!
