Holiday rentals with a patio in Stockton-on-Tees

the flat was exactly like the photos. very clean and full of equipment. easy to station and city center. Gabrielle is very helpful.

Great little home-from-home that gave me a great base for some cycling training and also visiting relatives. Would recommend!

Lovely home with everything we needed for the 12 days we stayed. Lauren was able to give us tonnes of information and everything was readily available. The location was also excellent - quiet area but within short walking distance to parks and the town centre.

Just enjoyed a lovely, family ,long weekend at Stephen and Bevs beautiful caravan. Bev was super helpful from start to finish . When the site electricity went off for a little while Stephen and Bev were on the doorstep super quickly to help and brought us a torch just incase. This weekend was very hot and they also brought us a fan as we had our young granddaughters with us. Can highly reccomend this caravan as we all decided it was the cleanest and was the best stocked place we have visited. We didnt really go very far as we had the beach on our doorstep so cannot rate the site facilities except for a well stocked shop and a tasty fish and chips van.

David was the perfect host from start to finish. Excellent communication. Flat was a home from home and great value. Plenty of room to spread out. Peaceful neighbourhood and a lovely walk into town through a treelined walk. Darlington had great amenities too. I would definitely stay again without a doubt.

The Guest Place was a lovely place to stay, perfectly appointed (with a really comfy bed!), spotlessly clean and in a gorgeous street. Walking distance to amenities and the beach too. Ann was a great host, communicated regularly and made me feel really welcome. I hope to stay again!

Beautifully presented annexe, welcome gifts which were much appreciated and everything we needed, great base for exploring surrounding areas especially Aysgarth Falls and plenty of walks. Would definitely come again. Thank you Sarah

Excellent accommodation with an amazing view. The apartment was immaculate and very modern and well presented it had everything we required. The bed was so comfy. It’s a great location to restaurants and it’s such a quiet and peaceful place with great parking. There is also a lift which was handy. Instructions were very good for check in and check out and the apartment was exactly like the pictures. I’d definitely recommend a stay here and will be back.

We had a great time here at Sootybabe, It was exactly as pictured with easy entry and access. Clean and comfortable with all that's needed for a place between exploring. Blackhall Colliery had an awesome beach just 10 mins walk away and we enjoyed our time in the Hartlepool area. Durham was picturesque and the cathedral was spectacular and a true architectural marvel. Good food and beach in Sunderland. Could've spent several more days just exploring Newcastle very friendly and lively. Bamburgh Castle was magnificent and is a must visit for all those interested in British history and the Last Kingdom TV Series Exhibition is awesome for anyone who is a fan. A very well presented cottage in a very convenient location near to Durham and excellent value. Only thing to be aware of is that it is close to the motorway - there is very effective double glazing but you do hear the traffic if windows open.

Lovely Big place in a very nice village location. Obviously well looked after home and garden. Mark was very communicative and responsive. Highly recommended.

Second stay at Kendra’s property and two more booked for later in the year. Great location, easy walk into town and accessible to all major routes. Kendra is very friendly and accommodating, will even make sure you have provisions if requested on arrival. The house is very well presented and in a quiet location.

A fantastic place to stay. Very clean with modern amenities, very comfortable bed. I stayed 28 days and used the apartment as a base for day-trips to places around Darlington. Katie was very responsive and always quick to answer any inquiries, and she gave excellent suggestions/recommendations. The apartment is also close to a grocery store and excellent restaurants as well as near to the train station and public transportation. I would most definitely stay again. I highly recommend this accommodation. It was a fantastic value.

I booked this lovely accommodation as a birthday get away treat for my parter. It was just what we wanted, quiet and cute village, clean accommodation and a private garden space which was beautifully kept. Good communication with Ruth throughout. We would highly recommend for a get away 😊

Had a fantastic stay at Lee’s apartment. Lee was super quick to respond to any communication. The apartment was spotless, the location great and best of all it was super quiet. Nice patio to sit in the sun, comfortable bed/bedding, well stocked kitchen. 10/10

We had a great 2 night stay at the property, which had everything we needed, with plenty of space. The property is a little out of Durham centre but not too much of a walk. Had really great communication with the host who responded very quickly when I had a query/request. All in all, I would highly recommend this as a very good value for money option when staying in Durham. Thanks!

Ken’s apartment contained everything you’d use at home .it was extremely clean and well presented with comfy beds .I’ve stayed in these apartments before and would definitely stay again .

A great base for us to visit family in Sleights and Whitby and also explore the surrounding areas. The apartment was clean spacious and immaculate with everything we needed including a lovely welcome pack. Will definitely recommend to others and would love to stay again.
