The flat is located in Hotel Olympia, there are two elevators and the possibility to use the washing machine and a dryer in the building. Parking available. High chair and toys upon request. Kiel with spectacular view on the Baltic Sea

Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse in Holtenau. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.

Our fine little apartment in Stein is looking forward to nice vacationers. The apartment welcomes you with direct views of the Baltic Sea and a cozy private ambiance. Located directly on the dike, it is only a few meters to the beach and also a bike rental, snacks and cafes are within walking distance in a few minutes. The nearest supermarket is in the neighboring village - everything you need to live can be found in the health resort of Laboe. In Stein, you can relax and enjoy.

Attention, from 08/18/25, due to construction work on the roof of the building and the associated scaffolding of the building, there may be restrictions in the view! Waking up with a view of the Baltic Sea? No problem! Relax on the 9th floor of the Olympiahotel in Kiel-Schilksee. After just a five-minute walk, you will find yourself directly on the beach to marvel at the numerous sailing ships on the fjord. Looking forward to seeing you in Schilksee!

The house is on the edge of a vacation home settlement, surrounded by greenery with fantastic views of the Schlei. In a few minutes, you will be at the water. The house, the large terraces and the garden offer space to play and relax in any weather.
