Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Upper Järkholmen

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Cottage near the sea with its own garden

We who rent out the cottage are mother, daughter and granddaughter. We live in a villa on the same property. Here you will find a functional and nice cabin about 200 meters from the sea and Norums Holme. You come here for peace and quiet and saltwater swimming. Sunny beautiful location with access to garden that offers berries, shade and space for play and coziness. The cottage has a washing machine and dishwasher so you can focus on other things. Refrigerator, freezer and basic equipment for 2 dogs and their 2 people. Welcome!

Here you live with fantastic sea views near swimming, forest and nature in a newly built holiday home of 30 square meters plus sleeping loft. The house offers all possible amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove, oven, TV, etc. Enjoy the sunset on the lovely balcony or take a short walk down to the jetty for a swim. Close to central Stenungsund with shops and restaurants. In the nearby area, there are many nice excursion destinations. Orust/Tjörn and the rest of Bohuslän are quick and easy to get to.

Nice cottage of 42 sqm, 4 beds with the sea a few steps away. Outdoor barbecue with dining area and lounge area. Spacious terrace and large lovely lawn for playing and games. Nice glazed conservatory for cozy evenings. Maybe you can see the deer when they come to the house! Free parking in the yard. You can easily take the car or bus to the best places on Tjörn and Orust. Animals are welcome, maximum of two, please not on furniture and beds. It costs SEK 250 when a dog or cat is included in the accommodation.

Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, induction stove and oven. 200 meters to the sea with rocks and a sandy beach. Several furnished patios, lawn and barbecue. Walking distance to grocery store, bus stop and ferry to Åstol and Dyrön Tjörn offers everything from beautiful nature, swimming, fishing, paddling, hiking to art and restaurants.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. This is a charming and clean apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden. The perfect place to relax after discovering the island of Tjörn. 2 kilometers to the sea with nice places to swim, grocery store and pizza place. Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. Stenungsund - closest shoppingcenter. Here is also several restaurants.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. You live near the trees where the birds thrive and even deer appear sometimes. The accommodation is a room with loft and bathroom with washing machine. Patio with secluded location. 2 km to swimming in the sea and to Stenungsund city center with a large selection of restaurants and shops. Within a 20-minute walk, there is a gym, swimming pool and ice rink. Wi-Fi is available.
