The entire house is heated and air-conditioned, which allows for year-round relaxation. Guests have 2 SUP boards and 4 bicycles at their disposal. In the garden, there is a JACUZZI (available in the period of temperatures (+++) The property is fenced with a garage and parking on the property.

A large facility with a wooden and brick house with a unique atmosphere by the forest. Right next to the house there is a pond with a jetty. A boat and free wood for the fireplace and bonfire are available. Within 10 km there is a swimming pool with saunas, 12 km from the house there is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe - Modry Las. The entire facility (two houses) is PLN 550/day. It is possible to rent one cottage, a wooden cottage for rent at the price of 350 PLN/day, a green (brick) cottage at the price of 250 PLN/day.

This extremely charming place has been attracting people for thousands of years who willingly settled here taking advantage of the nearby lake, forests and river. This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.

Grey House Miedwie

The house is located 150 meters from Lake Miedwie. Beautiful garden with a year-round hot tub. A quiet and peaceful place, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The ground floor of the cottage is a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom, on the first floor there is a master bedroom and 2 rooms. In addition to the jacuzzi, the garden has a separate place to relax, a barbecue and parking for 2 cars.
