Das Appartment liegt im OG eines Einfamilienhauses. Die Küche ist mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine sowie Kühl/Gefrierschrank ausgestattet. Hier ist auch die Essecke, ein Sofa und Fernseher. Im Schlafzimmer sind zwei Betten (je 2x1 m). Der Balkon ist von der Küche und vom Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich. Das Großes Meer ist 4 km entfernt. Wiegboldsbur liegt zentral zwischen Norden, Aurich und Emden und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Die Küste ist in ca 25 km erreichbar.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

A vacation for the soul on an East Frisian farm

We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

Farm in a secluded location. Child & animal friendly

Experience your vacation at the historic farmstead Ippenwarf. Surrounded by the Fehntjer Tief, the apartment is in a secluded location in the middle of the countryside. We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

Small cozy apartment

Our small, cozy apartment for 2 people is located about 2.5 km or 15 minutes by bike from the North Sea coast. The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. The cottage is centrally located, right in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. In the immediate vicinity, it is rural and tranquil with animals and lots of greenery. And the East Frisian also likes to have a little snack ;) Here you can still find idyll and cordiality! Save yourself the city tour, explore the city easily from the window: modern and newly renovated apartment in a nostalgic old building in the middle of the most famous sights: For the stay you have a 24-hour view of the Pingelhus, the East Frisian landscape and a stylish and newly built monument reminiscent of the Old Harbor. Just 5 minutes to the castle, marketplace, Carolinenhof (shopping and leisure center) or swimming. Simply in the middle of it.

The attic apartment with its 30 sqm is the perfect size to spend a few nice days for two or alone. The apartment is absolutely quiet and rural, on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac. In the bedroom there is a bed with the size 160 cm x 200 cm. A highlight is the shower, which is directly integrated into the bedroom. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Emden, Aurich, Norddeich, Greetsiel... Everything is between approx. 10-20 minutes away by car.
