Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Der große sonnendurchflutete Wohn- Essbereich mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und die große Terrasse laden zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Die Fränkische Schweiz bietet zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Wanderwege führen z.B. direkt am Haus vorbei.

Das Ferienhaus bietet viel Platz und wurde liebevoll eingerichtet. Die großzügigen Glasfronten sorgen für lichtdurchflutete Räume und ermöglichen einen wunderschönen Blick ins Grüne. Durch die Nähe zu vielen Attraktionen wie der Sommerrodelbahn, Teufelshöhle, Kletterwäldern und Wildtierparks ist es eine schöne Unterkunft für Familien, aber auch ideal für Kletterer, Wanderer und Naturliebhaber. Nürnberg und Bayreuth sind mit dem Auto in knapp 35 Minuten, Bamberg in ca. 45 Minuten erreichbar.

Unser altes Bauernhaus haben wir 2016 liebevoll restauriert. Das Raumklima ist angenehm, weil das ganze Haus mit Wandheizung und Lehmputz ausgestattet ist. Es liegt in einem kleinen Ort mit nur wenigen Wohnhäusern und eignet sich besonders für Naturliebhaber und Menschen, die Ruhe suchen. Auch Kinder kommen auf ihre Kosten. Telefon, Sat-TV und WLAN sind vorhanden, womit sich unsere Unterkunft auch hervorragend für Home Office mit Familie eignet. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 4 km Entfernung.
