Monthly Rentals in Sunsites

Mary was the most awesome hostess we could ask for. She was super attentive and even scrounge dup a cooler when we needed one. We came to her area to house hunt and know we started a life long friendship with her. The rental was exactly as described and was very clean. We have no complaints what so ever! We would stay here again if we needed to!

The house was good. Some dust/cobwebs and a couple of dirty dishes but overall pretty clean. 30 minute drive to Wilcox and about 45 minutes to Chiricahua. As long as you are prepared to be out there, it’s great! Very quiet and nice. The host asks for additional pet fee per night, which we’ve never had at another air b&b.

Kathy’s place was exactly what we needed after a long drive through Texas and New Mexico. It was far enough into the Arizona wilds to be peaceful while still being super accessible. The instructions were clear, and Kathy was ultra responsive to questions, and accommodating. Highly recommended. Small (super small) note: Kathy’s place came up when I searched for stays with a washer and dryer. While the stay has a great washer, there is no dryer. The listing itself does not list a dryer, so that’s no fault of Kathy’s. There IS a clothesline, and Arizona is GIGA dry, so all good.

Excellent spot when you’re looking to get away from it all. Also very close to great rock,climbing
