Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Svedala

We spent a few days for NYE at Bibi's amazing cottage by the beach. Our dog loved the surrounding, perfect for relaxing long walks. We loved the very comfortable bed, with a huge tv to enjoy and cozy fireplace by the couch to unwind on. Here you can find everything you need (washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv, great wifi,...) while relaxing in this charming cottage, just a drive away from many interesting location/villages. The hosts were always available to answer any questions we had, and they provided a lot of details and suggestions about the house and surroundings. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Für alle, die eine ruhige Lage und den unbeeinflussten Blick aufs Meer schätzen, ist das perfekt. Das Haus ist bestens für 4 Personen geeignet, die miteinander unterwegs sind, weil sie auch gemeinsam das Haus beleben möchten. Wir haben es sehr genossen, morgens mit Blick aufs Meer zu frühstücken, am Nachmittag mit Blick aufs Meer zu ruhen und am Abend mit Blick aufs Meer einen Rotwein zu trinken.

Boligen kan absolut anbefales. Gammelt og charmerende hus. Restaureret og indrettet på bedste vis med flotte materialer og megen personlig hygge. Gode senge i tre store værelser, hyggeligt køkken med al inventar, lækkert badeværelse. Alt rent og pænt. Skøn have med bålplads. Fantastisk sauna i haven. Kort afstand til indkøb og til naturen med skov og dejlig strand. Ann Kristin er meget venlig og imødekommende og giver god information om huset og området. Svarer altid og hurtigt. Vi har kun ros og vender gerne tilbage en anden gang.

Mina svärföräldrar var så otroligt nöjda att få bo här. De kände sig bekväma och trygga här 😊 Malaika och maken var väldigt trevliga. Min personliga kontakt med Malaika har varit en fin upplevelse. Otroligt tillmötesgående och förstående person 🙏😊 Som vill göra det lilla extra för en, uppskattar det så mycket! Tack! 🙏🫶

Enestående sted at bo på alle måder, dejligt hus, Anja er den perfekte vært, og udsigten er helt utrolig smuk fra næsten alle dele af huset. Badevandet i Øresund er skønt nu.

We had a wonderful stay at Anders’ house and felt at home right away. Waking up to birdsong and enjoying our morning coffee in the sun was incredibly relaxing. The garden was perfect for our dog, with direct access to the forest for peaceful walks. It was also a great base for exploring Malmö, Lund and Copenhagen. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Erik's place was wonderful. True to listing and full of amenities to make it a comfortable stay. Erik was in touch to confirm arrangements prior to our visit and responsive when we contacted him.

Absolut zu empfehlen, sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft, wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt und hatten einen sehr warmherzigen Empfang. Emma und Anders sind äußerst nette Gastgeber, man kann sich sehr gut mit Ihnen unterhalten und kann spannende Infos über den Hof, die Tiere und die Umgebung erfahren. Die Unterkunft (ein 140-jährige, ehemalige Scheune) ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet (ein Highlight waren z.B. zwei frische Blumensträuße auf den Tischen) und hat eine einmalige Ausstrahlung. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht, um lecker kochen zu können. Man kann frische Eier aus dem Stall holen und Tiere beobachten und streicheln (Hund, Katze, Schafe, Hühner, Truthahn) und von der Unterkunft aus das schöne Skåne erkunden. Am Strand ist man in ca. 5-7 Minuten mit dem Auto, ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in dieser Zeit zu erreichen. Unseren Kindern und uns hat es dort sehr sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

Lejligheden er meget unik med vibe af “gamle dage” på en meget charmerende måde. Stort, dejligt lyst badeværelse. God madras i sengen, vi sov virkeligt godt. Udsigt til smuk have og meget grønt i hele området. Vores værter var meget imødekommende og tilbød stor fleksibilitet i både ankomst- og afgang. Vi vil stærkt anbefale denne bolig og vil bo her igen næste gang vi kommer til Lund.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und hatten eine Übernachtung. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen Nochmal Danke an die Gastgeber

Vi hade en väldigt trevlig vistelse i gårdshuset. Charmigt inrett med allt man kan tänkas behöva. Vacker trädgård med en egen liten uteplats där man kan grilla. Närhet till affärer, caféer och olika besöksmål. Värden var trevlig och hjälpsam! Rekommenderas varmt.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Dan’s place! The home was incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifully maintained — it truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and every detail had clearly been thought through with care. The location was also perfect — close to shops, public transport, and other amenities, which made getting around really easy. It was a peaceful and quiet area, yet everything we needed was just around the corner. We were a large group, and the space was perfect for us — roomy, cozy, and very family-friendly. Communication with Dan was smooth and responsive from start to finish. He was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Wir waren nur eine Nacht in Trelleborg und haben uns mit den ganzen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wohlgefühlt. Gunilla hat uns ehr freundlich empfangen. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Very prime loction, right on Nyhavn and walkable to every key attractiobs. Jesper was kind to welcome us when we arrived and explained everything to us clearly with great info. The place was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend thus place.

Kerstin und Kjell sind super nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher vor dem Haus im Garten abstellen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort, gern wieder!

A perfect stay – even better than expected! We spent 5 wonderful days in Jeannette’s beautiful apartment and truly didn’t want to leave. The place is exactly like the photos – if not even better! Impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed in cozy Scandinavian style, and fully equipped with everything you might need. You can tell a lot of love and care went into every detail. The location is perfect for exploring the south of Sweden – easy drives to Ystad, Trelleborg, Malmö, Lund and more. Plus, it’s just a short walk to both the beach and a nearby golf course – ideal for relaxed mornings and sunset strolls. It’s also very dog-friendly, which we appreciated a lot. One small note for fellow dog owners: the apartment is accessed via grating stairs. Jeannette informed us about this in advance (thank you!), and we were happy to carry our furry friend when needed. All in all, a truly wonderful place and a lovely host – highly recommended!

Eine wunderschöne, gemütliche Unterkunft, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Kopenhagen ist sehr gut erreichbar und nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt kann man die Ruhe der Unterkunft am Stadtrand sehr genießen - bei gutem Wetter auf der kleinen Veranda. Würde sehr gerne einmal wiederkommen!!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. If you want to experience “hygge” during your stay in Copenhagen, this is the place! It is very clean and spacious- plenty of room for two, very cozy for one. The bed is very comfortable, and I loved the bathroom. There are extras of essentials in case you forgot anything. Everyone in passing was very friendly, totally possible to keep to yourself if you wish. The backyard is it’s own special place, I highly recommend unwinding here after a day in the city. Getting to the city is very easy- exit the front gate, go to your right, cross the side walk and you are at the bus stop for 5C headed towards the city. Lime bikes available about 3 blocks that same way as well. I recommend taking the bikes to or from Tivoli gardens/ Glyptotek area for a practically straight shot, easy going biking experience. Pita Kebab down the street was soo good, as were Netto’s premade options. Enjoy your stay in an authentic Danish home!

un logement fonctionnel et bien placé pour des visites sur Malmo. Nous avions une voiture pour nous déplacer . A savoir qu'il y'a de nombreux bus et trains et que Rémy est là pour vous conseiller. Un jardin est attenant au logement où vous pouvez profiter pour y manger Merci Remy et Monica

We felt very welcome upon arriving at Ingvar'splace. The house was very cosy and spotless. We stayed only one night but would have loved staying longer, for a few days, to enjoy the beach and sea that is just 20 minutes away. We had a car and had no problem to park in the street for free. The house is also very close to the train station, making it very convenient. Ingvar was very responsive to our requests and made sure we felt at home. Highly recommended!

I was able to enjoy a comfortable time thanks to the host's sensuous interior and friendly and prompt guidance.

Die Unterkunft war super. Die Lage ermöglichte ein schnelles ankommen im Zentrum und die Kommunikation war auch hervorragend.

El departamento es perfecto ! Gran ubicacion, el Espacio amplio, impecable, con todo lo necesario, es exactamente como se ve en las fotos .
