Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Svedala

We spent a few days for NYE at Bibi's amazing cottage by the beach. Our dog loved the surrounding, perfect for relaxing long walks. We loved the very comfortable bed, with a huge tv to enjoy and cozy fireplace by the couch to unwind on. Here you can find everything you need (washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv, great wifi,...) while relaxing in this charming cottage, just a drive away from many interesting location/villages. The hosts were always available to answer any questions we had, and they provided a lot of details and suggestions about the house and surroundings. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

This is perfect for those who appreciate a quiet location and an unspoiled view of the sea. The house is ideally suited for 4 people who are traveling together because they also want to enliven the house together. We really enjoyed having breakfast in the morning with a view of the sea, resting in the afternoon with a view of the sea and drinking a red wine in the evening with a view of the sea.

My in-laws were so incredibly happy to stay here. They felt comfortable and safe here 😊 Malaika and her husband were very nice. My personal contact with Malaika has been a great experience. Unique place to stay in every way, lovely house, Anja is the perfect host, and the view is absolutely stunning from almost all parts of the house. The bathing water in Øresund is beautiful now.

We had a wonderful stay at Anders’ house and felt at home right away. Waking up to birdsong and enjoying our morning coffee in the sun was incredibly relaxing. The garden was perfect for our dog, with direct access to the forest for peaceful walks. It was also a great base for exploring Malmö, Lund and Copenhagen. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We really appreciated our stay in Erik's nice house. Despite the ongoing renovation, the house exuded quality and warmth. We were perfectly comfortable and were able to get the relaxation we so badly needed, as we were organizing our son's wedding nearby. The house had everything you needed and a charm you fell a little in love with. We will be very happy to come back when we have time to explore the fantastic Skåne☺️

Absolutely recommended, very very nice place, we felt right at home and had a very warm welcome. Emma and Anders are extremely nice hosts, you can talk to them very well and can learn exciting information about the farm, the animals and the surroundings. The accommodation (a 140-year-old, former barn) is furnished with a lot of love for detail (a highlight was, for example, two fresh bouquets of flowers on the tables) and has a unique charisma. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook delicious food. You can get fresh eggs from the barn and watch and pet animals (dog, cat, sheep, chickens, turkey) and explore the beautiful Skåne from the property. The beach is about 5-7 minutes by car, a supermarket can also be reached in this time. Our children and us liked it very much there and we felt completely comfortable. We will be happy to come back. :)

The apartment is very unique with a "old days" vibe in a very charming way. Large, nice bright bathroom. Good mattress in the bed, we slept really well. View of beautiful garden and lots of greenery throughout the area. Our hosts were very accommodating and offered great flexibility in both arrival and departure. We would highly recommend this accommodation and will stay here again the next time we come to Lund.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Dan’s place! The home was incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and beautifully maintained — it truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and every detail had clearly been thought through with care. The location was also perfect — close to shops, public transport, and other amenities, which made getting around really easy. It was a peaceful and quiet area, yet everything we needed was just around the corner. We were a large group, and the space was perfect for us — roomy, cozy, and very family-friendly. Communication with Dan was smooth and responsive from start to finish. He was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We were only in Trelleborg for one night and felt very comfortable with all the amenities. Gunilla welcomed us very kindly. We would stay there again anytime.

Very prime loction, right on Nyhavn and walkable to every key attractiobs. Jesper was kind to welcome us when we arrived and explained everything to us clearly with great info. The place was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend thus place.

A perfect stay – even better than expected! We spent 5 wonderful days in Jeannette’s beautiful apartment and truly didn’t want to leave. The place is exactly like the photos – if not even better! Impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed in cozy Scandinavian style, and fully equipped with everything you might need. You can tell a lot of love and care went into every detail. The location is perfect for exploring the south of Sweden – easy drives to Ystad, Trelleborg, Malmö, Lund and more. Plus, it’s just a short walk to both the beach and a nearby golf course – ideal for relaxed mornings and sunset strolls. It’s also very dog-friendly, which we appreciated a lot. One small note for fellow dog owners: the apartment is accessed via grating stairs. Jeannette informed us about this in advance (thank you!), and we were happy to carry our furry friend when needed. All in all, a truly wonderful place and a lovely host – highly recommended!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. If you want to experience “hygge” during your stay in Copenhagen, this is the place! It is very clean and spacious- plenty of room for two, very cozy for one. The bed is very comfortable, and I loved the bathroom. There are extras of essentials in case you forgot anything. Everyone in passing was very friendly, totally possible to keep to yourself if you wish. The backyard is it’s own special place, I highly recommend unwinding here after a day in the city. Getting to the city is very easy- exit the front gate, go to your right, cross the side walk and you are at the bus stop for 5C headed towards the city. Lime bikes available about 3 blocks that same way as well. I recommend taking the bikes to or from Tivoli gardens/ Glyptotek area for a practically straight shot, easy going biking experience. Pita Kebab down the street was soo good, as were Netto’s premade options. Enjoy your stay in an authentic Danish home!

Remy and Monica s place was clean comfortable and very well organised . The space was extremely clean. Remy proactively helped us with local transport and was quick to respond to our queries . They were amazing hosts…highly recommend a stay at their space

We felt very welcome upon arriving at Ingvar'splace. The house was very cosy and spotless. We stayed only one night but would have loved staying longer, for a few days, to enjoy the beach and sea that is just 20 minutes away. We had a car and had no problem to park in the street for free. The house is also very close to the train station, making it very convenient. Ingvar was very responsive to our requests and made sure we felt at home. Highly recommended!

Clean place, good host everything perfect

We're just back from a great week in Copenhagen. The weather was good which meant we could explore the city areas comfortably. The Metro is just around thecorner and is fast and regular to all the areas of the city including the airport. Helene is very responsive to enquiries. The apartment has everything we needed,including a comfy bed, great (if a little tight) shower, plenty of wardrobe space with hangers ,coffee machine and a well equipped kitchen, although we only used the microwave .There's Netto and 365 convenience stores around the corner. If one is able , Norrebro and other districts are walkable but beware of bikes! We saw and did a lot in a week including a trip up to Louisiana art gallery and a day in Sweden (Malmo). Smashing trip, great place.
