Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Svedala

We stayed in Johan's apartment for 6 nights with 4 people. The apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. We were able to sleep wonderfully in the beds. The open kitchen/kitchen-living room our main place to stay. Although we didn't have good weather, time hasn't been long for us. We met Johan. He is very nice and took good care of us. Lovely house in a beautiful location. Had everything we need!

The accommodation is very good if you don't want to stay centrally in Malmö. By car, you can reach 25 minutes to both Malmö and Lund. We felt very comfortable; everything is clean, modern and new. Charlie and Johanna are very nice hosts. Communication was flawless and totally friendly! We definitely recommend the apartment.

This is beautiful residence in a great location, within easy reach of the ferry to Poland & Lithuania, and also a reasonable drive to Malmö and Copenhagen. Although the unit itself is independent, coming in and going out necessarily involves passing through the main house. Eva's ever helpful presence is never far away.

We had a great stay. Anne-Mette is a great host, her apartment is right on the water. The photos don't even come close to showing how great the apartment really is. The view is a dream and spots like the Reffen Foodmarket can also be reached quickly by water taxi. We will come back.

Everything was perfect, from the checkin to the checkout 😊 The area is very nice, with a few restaurants and stores nearby. Ingrid was very kind and helpful. This was ideal for my time in Malmö.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described, clean, and well-organized. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the apartment offered great value for the price. One thoughtful touch we really appreciated was the availability of sand toys for the beach—it made things so much easier and more fun, especially if you’re traveling with kids. Overall, a very satisfying experience. We’d happily stay here again—highly recommended!

Beautiful and cozy residential area near Malmo. Apartment in the basement of the house, clean and with everything you need. Malaika is very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Unique place to stay in every way, lovely house, Anja is the perfect host, and the view is absolutely stunning from almost all parts of the house. The bathing water in Øresund is beautiful now.

We had a wonderful stay at Anders’ house and felt at home right away. Waking up to birdsong and enjoying our morning coffee in the sun was incredibly relaxing. The garden was perfect for our dog, with direct access to the forest for peaceful walks. It was also a great base for exploring Malmö, Lund and Copenhagen. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely Sea view property. Enjoyed our stay there. Peter is very friendly and responsive. Both his cats were too cute.

Extremely beautiful accommodation with love for the details, in a quiet residential area, from which you can still quickly reach all the sights (by car - public transport we cannot judge).

Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu dritt, zwei Erwachsene und ein zweijähriges Kind. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, nah am Wasser und Park, dennoch ruhig. Nur 10 - 15 Minuten zum Tivoli und generell in die Innenstadt. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Toaster uvm. Auch die Möglichkeit sein Auto sicher in der zugehörigen Tiefgarage abzustellen ist super. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung ist gut erreichbar und bietet viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Very happy we landed on Anders’ condo. Location was very central to everything, we never needed to have a car or even a bike. We were able to explore all of central Copenhagen on foot. Bars, restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc… The condo itself is very clean, high ceilings, spacious, comfortable bed, high end appliances, pretty art, overall a very nice aesthetic. Anders was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. 10 out of 10.

Við vorum stödd í Lundi til að fagna Mastersgráðu dóttur okkar frá Háskólanum í Lundi. Eignin er nálægt háskólasvæðin og því stutt að fara. Eginin er í fallegu húsi með garði. íbúðin er hlýleg með fallegum munum og er vel útbúin.

Le logement est décoré avec goût et les accessoires pour la cuisine sont très complets en plus de quelques condiments très utiles, belle surprise.. Lit, fauteuils et serviettes très confortables. Il y a aussi certaines petites attentions qu’on ne retrouve pas ailleurs, ex: fer plat en plus du séchoir à cheveux (qui fonctionne très bien). Charlotte est très à l’écoute et répond très rapidement. On peut vraiment sentir qu’elle souhaite que notre séjour soit des plus agréable. Un seul bémol : escalier menant à l’appartement trop étroit et certaines difficultés à manœuvrer les bagages.

A lovely apartment in a great location

Die Unterkunft war super. Die Lage ermöglichte ein schnelles ankommen im Zentrum und die Kommunikation war auch hervorragend.

Nous avons été très bien reçu, les prestations proposées sont très satisfaisantes et l'appartement proposé est vraiment très propre. Cette location offre un excellent rapport qualité/prix ! Mais surtout il est très bien placé, avec un arrêt de bus à moins de 100 mètres ce qui permet d'être en centre de ville de Lund en moins de 9 minutes. Cécilia et son mari sont très accueillant et très serviables, c'est vraiment très agréable ! Un seul point peut-être à améliorer si possible, remplacer les 2 lits 1 place par un lit 2 places ... Bref, malgré cela je valide pleinement et je n'hésiterai pas à relouer chez Cecilia !
