Definitely dream home! We were 9 people for an extended weekend in this accommodation and are completely thrilled! The furnishings are first-class, stylish and high-quality. The view is breathtaking and invites you to relax on the terrace. The wellness offers are particularly noteworthy: the sauna is modern and spacious, the hot tub an absolute highlight - especially in the evening under the starry sky. The bathing pond was also a real experience and provided a lot of relaxation. The accommodation offers enough space for everyone without feeling cramped. We felt completely comfortable from the beginning and will definitely come back! A big thank you to the hosts – it couldn't be better!

We had a great stay at Staniszowska Przystań. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We did a lot of hikes, visited nearby castles and palaces, and ate at the restaurants the owners recommended. Everything was great and the food was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

Super cute and modern house, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Really cosy as well with the log burner, despite the snow outside. Just what I needed as a base for a couple of days of hiking in the nearby hills and woods. Beautiful scenery! I was a little worried about managing without a car but Artur was super kind and offered to drive me if needed. In the end I stocked up on food before arriving and was able to access two days of hiking on foot from the house. Artur is a lovely guy and thoughtful host. All the basics are there - cooking ingredients, toilet paper, shower gel, soap, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets. I’d stay again for sure!

We stayed in the lovingly and well-equipped house for the second time. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful. The house is well equipped with hiking maps and tourist literature for the area. Although it does not have heating, we were provided with a fan heater, so it was pleasantly warm despite cool weather. We left a small donation for the additional electricity consumption without asking. At the house there is a small protected garden with terrace and barbecue. The vacation home is located on a barely used access road, so that children can play there. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time in the absolutely beautifully furnished and also very extensively equipped house. We lacked nothing and Katarzyna was extremely nice and accommodating. The garden and the surroundings are fantastically green and beautifully quiet. We'd love to come back with the family, because we felt completely comfortable! An absolute recommendation!

The accommodation is super lovingly furnished and is located in a beautiful area on a large private property. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The kitchen is fully equipped, so nothing was missing. It was also great that we were allowed to take our dear dog with us! The only thing I would like to point out here is the fact that the hut has only one toilet and one bathroom, which can lead to a few waiting times depending on the number of travelers. However, it must also be mentioned that the spacious bathroom (separate toilet) is as good as new and had a pleasant feel-good character with the really large shower. We enjoyed the time in the cottage and found Katerina to be a perfect hostess, who was very easy to reach and could answer our questions very well.

There were 7 of us in the accommodation for a few days to hike and relax there. The house is great! As a smart home, you can control a lot with the tablet - but as is the case with technology, it doesn't always work smoothly. Beds are comfortable, showers are large, sauna and whirlpool are also suitable for relaxing. In the large garden, you can also relax and/or play games. The only criticism is that the pans should be replaced, as the coatings have already been used quite a bit. Thanks for the great stay.

It was a super nice stay, we felt very comfortable. The pool, the jacuzzi, the stylish garden, the possibilities of sitting together at the table indoors and outdoors and being able to enjoy the time together, remains unforgettable. A big thank you for so much style, attention to detail and cozy atmosphere.

EXQUISITE new apartment in a BREATHTAKING location, short 20 minute drive to Karpacz mountains for hiking and 5 minute drive to thermal pool. The apartment is very spacious in all the rooms. The view is absolutely stunning from the windows, the neighborhood is peaceful. FANTASTIC features including secure parking, 600 mbps wifi, Smart TV, patio with kitchen access, electric blinds, washing machine, and an inviting shower. Comfortable furniture & mattress, apartment has everything we needed, lots of storage. The pool and sauna was closed during our visit, but are available right beside the unit when open. It was a splendid place to relax and escape, we had lots to do and see in the nearby areas. For curiosity I will share, there may be a GHOST that lives here, because we had a comb disappear, we searched and couldn't find it anywhere, and it reappeared in a very visible area 3 days later, there's NO WAY we could have missed it in our search. Ghost or a timeline glitch.

Our youngest was in seventh heaven during our stay and now always asks in every other accommodation where the playroom is. The house leaves nothing to be desired and is lovingly furnished. We also enjoyed the fantastic garden and outdoor area with pool, cozy seating area and children's playground. We lacked nothing. Supermarkets and excursion destinations in the vicinity were quickly reached by car. We will be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic stay! Dave and Dorota were wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained — we especially loved relaxing by the fireplace, enjoying the hot tub, and taking a dip in the pool. We’d happily come back anytime!

We enjoyed our stay. The place is quiet, perfect for families with small children. Everything looked exactly like the photos. You probably can't do much without a car, but that doesn't matter. The place is a little further from shops or restaurants, etc., but nothing that would limit you too much. There is a lot to see in the nearby area. The hosts were pleasant and friendly, leaving as much space as possible. Perhaps the only thing that surprised us in a negative sense was how close the cottage is to the host's house. But in practice, it didn't matter at all. We can definitely recommend it!

Like in a fairy tale and much more beautiful than in the photos. The heart and soul of the hostess is in every smallest detail. Really admirable what you have created here with your passion and your hands, dear Weronika. I only regret that our time with you was so short, but it was definitely not the last time. Next time, I'll definitely stay longer. For me, the flair, cleanliness and comfort are important in an accommodation, and The Oak Lodge scores 10 out of 10 on every point. Snow-white, fragrant bed linen, various spices, coffee, tea, wood for the fireplace, infusions for the sauna. There was nothing missing in the slightest. There is something to discover at every corner, whether in the apartment or outside, and I felt mega comfortable. The hostess is a person of heart, very courteous, communicative and professional. The place was great. An older cabin from the outside, but beautifully and tastefully decorated from the inside. Everything is clean and nicely done. Very quiet location. The pianos weren't tuned, because I would have loved to play. A big benefit is the fireplace in the living room. 5/5 definitely recommend. 👍

We had a great time at the house. It’s perfect if you want to relax, there is no one around and you can hear and watch some animals. The house has everything you need. Would definitely go there again.

It was a wonderful holiday in a beautiful secluded region. There is a small consumption in the village and up to the Schneekoppe we drove less than an hour by car. Since there was still snow a week before arrival, the barbecue was not yet directly on site, but was brought to us easily and quickly upon request. Thank you so much for the wonderful break at your place!

A wonderful tree house, especially the tranquility of the forest and the chirping of the birds. The house is modern, chic and yet cozy. The fact that another tree house is being built next door did not bother me, because since the house is very well insulated, no noise could be heard. Hearing the rain on the roof in the bedroom was a wonderful experience. In the area, I could enjoy the forest and the view over the mountains. In the small town, you can shop without problems and it is within walking distance. The forests and small rivers nearby are really beautiful. A great time out and you don't have to do without anything. Great!

We really liked the view was great with mountain views, the location was quiet, but still central. The children have also been thought of. You had everything you need. The hosts were very friendly and always responded super quickly.
