Rebecca’s basement apartment was great. The space was well cleaned, spacious for my wife and I and as described in the description. There were nice little touches with s’more sticks for the outside fire pit, snacks on the counter, and water in the fridge. My wife particularly liked having the makeup removal wash cloth. The rental is in a great location. Just 2 blocks from Main Street and a short distance from Frog Level. I highly recommend staying in Rebecca’s rental.

I enjoyed staying at this quiet and peaceful place. It was neatly kept, clean, and comfortable. Dave and Barb were great, and I also enjoyed meeting Beans! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay during my trip.

I have lived in a lot of places over the past year while traveling for school, and this was the best of the bunch. Everything was great, including a clean comfortable space, available toiletries, efficient appliances, simple check in and out, amazing 10/10 mountain view.

This is the fourth time I have stayed at Carolyn and Van’s. They go above and beyond to welcome and support. Everything I needed. Great view. Grateful.

Glenn’s apartment was a wonderful place to stay! It was higher up and overlooked the mountains to the west. We could see the sunset from the patio. Glenn was a great host and had everything we needed from linens, towels, to even coffee for us stocked in the room. The hot tub was great to relax in after a long day of hiking! It is in a central location to be able to hike both the Nantahala National Forest and the Great Smokey Mountains!

We were in the area with our kids for some music gigs, and Selena‘s place was in a great location for us! We played in several nearby towns, and Franklin as well, which is just a few minutes away. The scenery was absolutely beautiful with the Mountain View off of the deck, as well as the various goats and donkeys in the pasture right across the street. The house had everything we needed, and more! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone! Thank you, Selena, for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful setting and easy quick drive to downtown. The private little house is perfectly nestled in with little noise from anything other than nature. The house is spacious and plenty of room for 2 to 4 people. Nice front porch for sitting and enjoying the quiet and nature sounds.

After staying at a few airbnbs lately that have had photos that are “favorable” to what they are like in person, it was refreshing to get to Tina’s place and have the exterior, interior finishes and amenities, and views meet and exceed my expectations. Tina’s place had everything I needed for a comfortable quiet stay - a nice bed, super well stocked kitchen, and multiple spaces to enjoy the mountains. I left thinking about when I’d bring my wife and friends back. As set up for my stay, you could sleep a couple in the bedroom, there’s a couch in the living room, and two twin bunk beds in the loft.

Lovely 2 bed, 2 bath spot in the country! Host was very nice and responsive to any questions! The home was stocked with everything you could need for a short visit. We were in the area to go to a wedding at Castle Ladyhawke which was very close by. It's a beautiful area and there were a lot of places nearby we wanted more time to see, but the wedding activities took up most of our time. My father in law loved the place we stayed and joked about trying to get the host to list it for sale so he could buy it for retirement. If we go back to the area, we would definitely book here again!

Christy’s home was exactly as depicted in the listing information and photos. Instructions were clear, the house was clean, kitchen is well equipped and the view was breathtaking. Christy was responsive and reached out multiple times to ensure our stay was pleasant and to offer local recommendations. The house is very close to many fast food restaurants, Walmart, Ingles, Best Buy and a few minutes away from downtown Waynesville. However, once you get to the house, you feel you are secluded. Would definitely recommend and would love stay at her beautiful home again.

Ashley’s place was awesome! So much so that we decided to extend our stay. The Plott house was unavailable for the extension, but Ashley arranged for us to stay in another house of theirs for the same rate. She’s incredibly responsive and accommodating, and the place was everything we could have asked for. Great location - just a short walk from downtown, beautiful/very well decorated house, and had a well set up kitchen.

Beautiful home with a great view. Definitely needed to put my truck in 4x4 to get to the top. It was a beautiful peaceful retreat and downtown Franklin was very charming. Thank you so much for hosting!

The condo was exactly as described. It was very comfortable for our family of four. Well stocked kitchen, homey decorations. We especially loved the screen porches. Richard sent clear instructions for check in and check out. Overall, a very nice stay!

Laura was a great host! The condo was very nice with great amenities! It was close to the National Park and had great restaurants near by. My only suggestion is drive slow when going up the mountain lots of turns and steep. Scenic drive and peaceful location! We got to see 4 bears in our trip! Thank you for a great vacation!

In love with this Airbnb! It was our little quiet space outside of the Gatlinburg chaos. We were so comfortable and relaxed and loved seeing the wildlife in the property (we saw four bears!!). Can’t recommend this enough.

Had a great time in the beautiful mountains. The place was cozy and had a great location just a minutes walk or drive from downtown Gatlinburg!

First time visiting Gatlinburg and this place was such a great choice. We were in such close proximity to everything. It was quiet and very comfortable.
