Monthly Rentals in Tallassee

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. We did several Museums, caverns, forts. lots to do in and around Tallassee. The cabin was comfortable, roomy, and had all that we needed to cook meals. A very enjoyable trip.

Great place to stay. Perfect size for three people, and includes a pull out sofa which was more comfortable than expected. There is also a heated/air-conditioned 4-seasons room off the front bedroom that could accommodate an inflatable mattress if need be. Direct access to the Lake in the Sky is wonderful and so peaceful. If it has been raining or rain is expected, make sure to bring your mud boots, as the path to the dock can get pretty swampy. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be coming back!

We stayed here for two nights to be close to the Tail of the Dragon ! The lcoation is excellent and it is not too hard to find. Bit of a drive up the gravel road but that is in good condition so it was fine. the house is cute and has an amazing view ! We were very comfortable here for the two nights ! Would recommend bringing your food with you as there is not much around if you need something ! So, come prepared ! However, for the amazing roads in the area it is a great base !

We loved this place! Coming off a week of hiking in another state, this was the perfect place to stop and relax before heading home. We did end up taking a few drives around the area and visiting Tuckaleechee Caverns. This spot is perfect! We loved sitting outside and watching the mountains. We had sunshine, sunsets, cloudy rain, and even a rainbow on the mountains. The only regret is that we didn't stay longer. The inside was spotless and also spacious enough for us(a couple). I think 1-4 people is perfect for this place, but 3-5 could also be doable(depending on the people). Joseph offered to give us hiking suggestions if we needed. Amy messaged us to let us know about some work they were doing on one of the days(it was at another property, but she still kept us informed). They were always responsive. Great hosts! We'll definitely look to this location next time we stay in the area.
