The chalet is located in a quiet neighborhood of Taninges and is within walking distance of local shops, bars and restaurants. The chalet is less than an hours drive from Geneva Airport.

Apartment at garden level in a completely renovated ancient farm on the south hillside of Samoëns. Nice triplex style 1500 ft2 apartment with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 WC, private parking, shared garden with terrace and barvecue, all comfy. Shared access to the Espace Bon-être : massage parlour, sauna, outside jacuzzi from 10h to 22h. Magnificent view on the surrounding mountains and Samoëns downhill. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

Apartment Rocade Middle is perfect for a family or for 2 couples looking for accommodation in a quiet area of Les Gets with great access to skiing. A cosy log fire provides the focal point for an open-plan living space with lots of room for many more than just the six guests that this apartment accommodates. The patio door gives easy access to the outdoor hot tub which is shared with the top-floor apartment. This apartment really offers all the benefits of a full chalet.

My apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator access in the old historic village of Taninges and has a shared garden. It was refurbished in 2021. All shops are within walking distance, bakeries, supermarket, organic shop, health center etc... Taninges is located close to the Praz-de-Lys, Les Gets Portes du Soleil, and Morillon Grand Massif ski resorts. In winter, a shuttle a 2-minute walk from the apartment will take you to Praz-de-Lys.

The Playhouse

Our cottage is perfect for a cocooning stay. We live in the neighboring house with my partner and our little boy Oscar. We look forward to hosting you and sharing this lovely corner of nature with you. We remain available if needed, while letting you fully enjoy your independence and the tranquility of the place. Access to the cottage can be difficult for people with reduced mobility, injury or difficulty walking on a slope.

The Lavouet Cottage

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.

Alpine chalet and HOT TUB for 6 people

Ground floor of an authentic alpine chalet nestled in the heart of a preserved valley, close to the resorts of Les Gets and Praz de Lys. You will appreciate the cozy side of the accommodation, the surrounding nature and the possibility to fully enjoy the outdoor activities around the chalet with family or friends. You will also have private access to the Nordic bath (optional for short stays of less than a week).

Morzine Mountain Paradise, with wonderful hotub

A secluded mountain hideaway, tucked away on the outskirts of Morzine, complete with hot tub, sauna and log fire, available for up to 10 people (extra 20e per night/per person over 8 people). This year we are focusing on self catering bookings for the main chalet so that you can use and enjoy the beautiful space, view and ambience at your leisure.
