The windows in the living room just frame the stunning surroundings. It's always a pleasure to enjoy the breakfast with this view in the morning. The apartment is very spacious and tidy, with every amenities that you may expect. The location is close to the slopes and town. We definitely enjoy our stay in this lovely apartment! The air bnb was great! Super clean, very spacious and great location. Just something to keep in mind in case you have trouble walking/ physical ailments -- you need to climb up and down a very steep hill to get into town. It can be tiring especially in the heat. Other than that, the space itself was lovely! The host also answered super quickly. Great experience overall.

Very nice apartment, very clean and very functional. The views are beautiful from the garden and from the sofa! Very nice hikes to do nearby. Anne-Lise is a very pleasant host who made it easy for me to arrive by sharing a video of the journey and photos of the house. I would definitely stay again because the stay was really refreshing.

Small space but very nice to 3 because there is plenty of storage and tips to optimize the space. Very peaceful, family and friendly resort. Lots of tracks and good quality. Place to discover without hesitation. Take into account that the Col de la Ramaz is closed during the winter. This road becomes a very nice backstory and walking track. Less convenient to reach Praz de Lys. But impeccable connection for downhill skiing. So it's not really an issue. And that's why this station is not crossed by a significant stream of cars. And that's really cool...I highly recommend this beautiful place in the Alps and this apartment.

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

We had a great weekend at this little cottage with friends and our dog. The neighborhood is very quiet, the garden is spacious. The cottage is very tidy and very clean. It's a very warm house and it feels good:) We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful, comfortable chalet with gorgeous interiors. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were spacious. We loved the sauna and the hot tub. The views from the chalet are wonderful and the position excellent. We woukd love to return.

The home is beautiful with a breathtaking view. James was very responsive and friendly both before we arrived at the accommodation and once we were settled in. The accommodation is not easy to find but thanks to James' explanations we had no difficulty. The accommodation is very well arranged, very well equipped and is perfect for small children thanks to the safety barriers. I would this property.

We had a great time! The apartment, decorated with great taste, combines charm and modernity thanks to its state-of-the-art amenities. Everything is designed to offer maximum comfort, whether with family or friends. A real break in the countryside that I highly recommend!

Fully equipped chalet, 20 minutes walk from the Vercland ski lift and a few restaurants. The place is quiet is magical when there is snow (probably very good without snow but we had snow from having a snowy Christmas)!

Very pleasant stay at the foot of Pointe des Brasses! Peaceful terrace and garden. Very refreshing holidays. Lots of board games and books available in case of bad weather or to stay quiet at home.

Perfect stay and this place was for many, clean, modern, well decorated, convenient to go with the family. Bus stop 5 min walk, small private residence very nice brand new. Dishes level and equipment everything is there. Functional kitchen, the accommodation is very large, convenient lockers, lots of towels ect ... well... nothing was missing I don't see any negative points really. Thank you very much for this welcome.

We had a wonderful stay. Our stay was during the very 'low season' (end of May to early June) so the summer lifts hadn't opened but we still found plenty to do and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. The walk down into Morzine was lovely. We would love to return in the future.

The house was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the beautiful view of the mountains and the stream so peaceful and scenic. The host was kind and responsive. A perfect stay! we’d love to return and recommend our friend!

The studio was perfect for a short stay in the town. Conveniently located right across from the train station and 4-6min walk to the lake! Phillips communication was great and friendly. The pull out bed was surprisingly very comfortable!!

Very nice spacious and functional apartment, extremely well equipped (appliances, kitchen equipment). Easy access and direct parking next to the accommodation. Hosts are very responsive in communication. We'll definitely stay there again!
