The chalet is located in a quiet neighborhood of Taninges and is within walking distance of local shops, bars and restaurants. The chalet is less than an hours drive from Geneva Airport.

In a quiet and charming village in the Chamonix Valley, our chalet is south-facing with views of Mont Blanc. All mountain recreation is accessible in winter and summer within 15 minutes. The larch chalet has all modern comforts with its stove and the gentle warmth of underfloor heating. The modern kitchen is open to the warm and sunny living room. 4 bedrooms including 2 master bedrooms with bathroom, 1 bedroom for 1 couple and 1 bedroom for 3 people.

In an authentic renovated Savoyard farmhouse, we offer a comfortable 54 m2 3*** rated apartment. Independent access, parking for 2 vehicles, terrace and lawn area. South-facing, unobstructed view of the mountains. Our central location between Taninges and Mieussy is a good base for skiing (resorts between 15 and 25 km), hiking and sightseeing. Philippe, who is a high mountain guide, can recommend routes. Sheets and towels provided, beds made.

Grandfather's refuge

Grandfather's refuge is nestled in the mountains at an altitude of 1200 meters, in the charming village of Bonnavaz, close to the famous ski resorts of Les Gets and Praz de Lys-Sommand. The chalet has been completely renovated with taste and is located in a hamlet composed of three chalets and an old chapel, known as the "Chapelle de Notre-Dame du vieux chalet". Below, the Foron river will allow you to cool off during the summer.
