Beautiful apartment with great views of the Harz

Our apartment is located in Hohegeiß, a district of Braunlage. Hohegeiß is centrally located in the Harz Mountains at 640 meters above sea level. It is a place of relaxation for vacationers seeking peace and quiet. In summer, it is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. In winter, ski resorts are available in the village and nearby. There are excursion possibilities, for example, to Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg. The guest fee of €3.00/night for adults is charged in cash on site.

Lütte Hütte

From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. The access road is unfortunately a bit bumpy, but easily passable at low speed. Please use Maps to find out more about the location.

Hexenstube apartment in Panoramic Hohegeiß

It's not just the witch who lives in the witch's room ;-). Our Hexenstube is located on the 11th floor of the Panoramic Hohegeiß (including free swimming pool, children's playground, mini golf course) and offers a magnificent view of the Harz Mountains from the balcony. The Hexenstube can accommodate up to 6 people (including sofa bed). In summer, you can start hiking right in front of the house and in winter there is a beautiful toboggan run right in front of the house.

The apartment is 36 square meters and is located in a well-kept 12-party house in a central location (about 300 m from the center). We took over this in 2018 and refurbished it (kitchen, completely new furniture and good sofa bed). It is a living room with kitchenette and dining area, a separate bedroom and a small bathroom. Since we (4 adults + 1 schoolchild) regularly use our apartment ourselves, it is quite well equipped (sufficient dishes, coffee maker, TV). No Wi-Fi!

Our apartment has been family-owned for over 100 years and has always been home to people who had a close connection to the Harz Mountains: as farmers of cows in the Upper Harz Mountains, as foresters in the forest and as passionate hikers and nature lovers. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. There is enough space on the 2 floors! Even 2 people feel good and secure on 1 floor with the beautiful living and living room! The apartment is built and designed with natural building materials, such as wood, clay and eco-paint. The apartment is rather unsuitable for children for safety reasons. Also for people who have difficulty with stairs.

The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

It is located on the 2nd floor (attic) of a three-party house with few residential units. Very quiet and relaxing. Not overcrowded. Very good amenities (like at home). Parking is available right outside the door. Good fast Internet VDSL 50 Mbit free of charge.
