The apartment is really beautiful and has a great view of the mountains. Especially on the balcony, you can relax from everyday life. Veronika was super friendly and gave us helpful tips for the region. Really a great place for a getaway!

We felt very comfortable in Gloria's apartment. A quiet area, well located to reach hiking destinations either on foot or short distances by car. Everything was as in the pictures, sparkling clean and also very uncomplicated check-in and -out, the communication was great! Thank you for the wonderful time :)

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

Nikolaus' accommodation is definitely hard to beat in terms of value for money. For a more than fair price, guests have a nice, large balcony, a really super comfortable bed (unusual for us: we really slept fantastically throughout the entire stay) and the historic old town of Isny within walking distance. Parking spaces in front of the house were almost always available and if not, the alternative to the 100m away, really very cheap paid parking spaces is not bad either. For us, a personal highlight: the small mini dishwasher - something that is not available in many apartments in this price range.

A very nice apartment, we will be happy to come back.

Amazing place with superb views. Modern house with beautiful interior. Sauna and steam were great. Would come back again!

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got just that. Amazing apartment in a quiet location. Parking space available for guests if you’re traveling by car and the place is brand new, very clean and modern, the only small downside for us personally was the smart home system. A little tricky to manage if you’re not tech savvy :) also a microwave would be useful. Overall a perfect find if you want to hike around Tyrol and stay close to Innsbruck.

This place was great… Caroline was easy to work with and it was an easy location to have as a home base. Would stay here again for sure.

The stay in the apartment was great all around. The area is beautiful, Lisa and Felix are very likeable and the apartment itself is cozy and you feel immediately comfortable. The area itself is great for excursions of any kind and you can quickly get to the mountain for hiking, cycling or simply to explore the area. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The property is very cozy and homely. We had the peace we had hoped for in the midst of this great landscape. Selma was available whenever we needed her, but she was also discreet. Although the apartment is in the same house, it still feels very private. We can really highly recommend this accommodation and we would always come back here for a vacation.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

Beautiful cozy apartment where everything you need is there. By car to the ski resort to Ischgl 30 minutes without traffic jams and with parking guarantee. We enjoyed our stay! In summer, it is also wonderful with the spacious terrace and the gigantic view.

Beautiful apartment to visit this region, it has everything you need and a beautiful design. You can see the care they put into the interior design, all of good quality. Stefan is a very friendly and responsive host, we loved our stay!
