Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

This apartment is largely accessible (e.g. ramp stem, walk-in shower, handicap accessible toilet, undertravelable sink). In the living room you will find a spacious seating area and a flat screen TV (Netflix incl.). Kitchen has fridge, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms: one with motorized double bed and TV, the second one with two single beds. In the small bathroom there is a washer/dryer. Free high speed WiFi.

Within walking distance: the architecturally impressive old town, Gewandhaus, opera house and St. Thomas Church... Shopping, restaurants & stops right on site. The city of Leipzig levies an accommodation tax of 5% of the total cost and must also be paid in cash by the guest during the stay.

Our small country house - not far from Leipzig – is located in beautiful nature on the small river Parthe. The cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on two levels: clear design combined with a beautiful atmosphere and modern functionality. The small terrace (directly at the cottage) invites you to have morning coffee and the spacious garden (shared use welcome) offers some nice places to relax.
