Beautiful experience! Luca and his family were so kind and welcoming, giving us a lot of useful information to visit the nearby places and the best places to eat typical dishes. The house has impeccable cleanliness, equipped with every comfort and surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Close and practical to Anghiari, a beautiful village and many other typical villages of Tuscan beauty. Highly recommended!!

Very nice apartment with terrace overlooking the sea. A little far from amenities if you don't have a car, but there is a way to walk to a bus or train. Benedetta was a very good host: responds quickly and recommended restaurants nearby.

Amazing host and place!

A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

We stayed 3 weeks in this fantastically located house. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes in the adjacent nature reserve are just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really in good hands in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just like a country house. So, we'd come back any time. Thank you very much for the very kind care.

For Casa Colorata, we only have praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hillside; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated her with love and equipped her in everything, in the smallest detail. We spent sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

Beautiful house, scenic and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Lots of games and things to do as a family. Maybe the best part was having pizza night with Ana and Franco which was arranged by Alberto. Just loved this spot!

Beautiful place, wonderful family. My dad and I stopped, just one night to sleep and then, the next day, we left early, and in any case, we met Roberto and his son, and they are wonderful people. They were very clear in giving directions on how to get to the house in the countryside and they were also very kind and helpful with every request. They know the area well, and if you want to visit Ancona and its surroundings, they can recommend the best places. The house is clean and tidy, and the area is very beautiful from an aesthetic point of view, a perfect place to relax (we even saw fireflies). If you have to stay in a place near Ancona, this is the best!

We are welcomed by Silvia's mother, very nice, helpful and caring, she makes you feel at ease. A little bit the mom of all guests. The town of Gabicce Monte is very quiet but with great restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias where you can spend the evenings. Recommended for everyone.

A quiet neighborhood with wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from day one. A perfect place for real relaxation. Our dog appreciated the daily company of sweet Memole in the garden. We had a great time at Arianna's place. He is a very welcoming person, who gave us good tips for going out or eating. She also made our arrival much easier. The apartment was clean, tidy and well arranged. Located in a small village, we enjoyed the quiet of the place but also the proximity of the surrounding cities and the sea not far away. The communication was also perfect, especially since Arianna speaks very good English. A person and a place that are really to be recommended for any stay in the area. New, very clean apartment, in a nice condominium, a stone's throw from everything but located in a quiet area. The reserved parking space is definitely a plus. Considering the quality of the services, you can get around without a car. Enrico and his mother are very kind and communicative. We will definitely be back.

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. The place is lovely. The views are formidable and the apartment is very nice. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, the service is personalized and they make you feel at home. It's a very quiet and beautiful area. Highly recommended accommodation!

Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

Chiara answers every question very quickly. The apartment is very close to the sferisterium and the center. The area is very peaceful. Convenient parking for the car is less than 100 m away for only 4.8 euros per day. A few blocks away there are great taverns, grocery stores, and a Coop supermarket. The station can be reached on foot in a 10-minute walk.

Convenient for the beaches and for sporting events at the Palaprometeo. Spacious, well-equipped, convenient indoor parking.
