Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tavullia

When you open the shutters in the morning and look over the hills, see the sun rise and set… wonderful. A fantastic country house with possibilities to eat for hours under the lights. There is no quick swimming competition in the pool,😉 but it functions for the necessary cooling. The reception was very warm and in the house you will not be short of anything. Thank you for letting us stay in your family home on the hill.

This place is really special. We were really in Italy for the first time and had the impression that we were also really in Italy. Giovanna is one of the friendliest and most straightforward hosts we've experienced on our travels so far. The proximity to Urbino, where our daughter is currently studying, was crucial for us, and the good reviews that were all confirmed. We sincerely thank Giovanna and are happy to recommend this special accommodation!

We stayed in 13 at Angelo's house, for the weekend of June 2. The house is very nice, in a quiet area, it is very spacious both inside and outside, with a patio and a garden that offer a beautiful view. The pool, being above ground, is not very large but absolutely functional for cooling off while enjoying the garden, and was very much used by the 5 girls of the group who had a great time! Angelo was always available and kind to us, a great host!

If I could, I would give it 6 stars! Giovanna and her husband were very welcoming and super helpful, we felt right at home! The place is even better in real life than in the photos, very clean, equipped with everything you might need. The surrounding area is very quiet surrounded by greenery, easy access to several trails, perfect for those who love to be in the middle of nature. We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed the place. Communication with Rosa was fine. The apartment is spacious, we appreciated the possibility of using the garden. It's not far from here and the beach. And the dog Ugo, it was a bonus, the nicest dog we've ever met on the road.

The house is located in a beautiful place in the Apennines, relatively close to cities such as Gubbio, Urbino and Cagli, which are worth a visit, but above all surrounded by nature and silence as well as many paths to walk nearby and for all levels. Obviously, you are a little lost so the amenities like supermarkets etc. are not right around the corner, so you need to prepare. The road to get to the house is a mountain road (paved), so quite narrow but easily accessible given the very little traffic. The house is comfortable and spacious, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need (pots, condiments, coffee...), there is a terrace with beautiful views, there is no heating (hot water yes) but there is a fireplace. The host Riccardo was super helpful and kind: both in terms of check-in and check-out, and during the stay, he took care that there was everything you need, from linens to wood for the fireplace.

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation perched on top of a hill in a small picturesque village! Total tranquility reigns in the village and around the accommodation. Giancarlo was responsive and super nice! Thanks to these phone calls, we found distant members of our family, the choice of this accommodation exceeded our expectations! Accommodation as pictured, everything is tidy and clean. Quiet and green area, beach reachable on foot with a walk of about 15 min. Andrea was very kind and always ready.

Usually I dont write reviews on airbnb but I would really like to take a moment to warmly recommend choosing to spend your holiday with Sandra and Luciano. The house and the garden are beautiful. Sandra and Luciano really created a lovely home. And are lovely and fun people. They welcomed us with a homebaked pie and helped us a lot when we had problems with our campervan, and always with a smile. Even the neighbour came to our rescue! Thank you for your kindness! We hope to meet again and wish you great years in your lovely place :)

The house has a great Italian atmosphere, with all the comforts and very excellent furnishings. When it's hot, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape in the shade on the terrace or have breakfast together in the morning sun. We were six on vacation here for 10 days, we saw a lot and we received answers to all the questions from Nilvana and her daughter Laura. We were also supported with a necessary repair of the car. The highlight was the private tour of the olive oil mill for us, during which we naturally stocked up on olive oil. The location is also excellent - the sea is about an hour away, San Marino and/or Urbina and Urbino are about 30 minutes away. After a good time with the family, we return to Germany very satisfied and rested. Many thanks to Nilvana and her family

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

We had a very enjoyable and quiet stay. Very friendly host; a very spacious and neat apartment where everything you need is available; a very pleasant swimming pool with wonderful views of the hills; nice restaurants nearby and close to the sea. Ideal place to stay.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful village. Excellent apartment! Nothing is missing, it is arranged so that it is practical. The bedding is of good quality, the kitchen is clean. The plus: the terrace overlooking the Adriatic. Carlotta asked us if we had arrived safely and told us that there was a small gift in the refrigerator :-) When we arrived, there was a tray in the kitchen with 2 cocktail glasses and cakes. What a delicate touch after all the hours of driving (we come from Brittany in France). The village is beautiful and lively with the beach below. The area is beautiful. You can learn more by browsing the books and brochures that are available in the accommodation. And then, we had some nice encounters in the village too. I would highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

Our stay in Villa Lunas was perfect - very quiet location and yet not far from the action. The offer is great and leaves nothing to be desired. All in all, highly recommended - even with a child!

Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. Close to Rimini as well if you come by car (big garage). I have nothing other to say other than perfect! Thank you again Fabio for everything :) <3

We stayed in the Villa at the end of April. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, quiet, with a beautiful garden that surrounds the house. About a km there are bakers, supermarket, butcher, all the shops you can serve. Lorena was fantastic, you helped us with everything, both to find a restaurant for Easter and as a guide to the various sites to visit. The house has every comfort, two living areas, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, a kitchen with a table of 8. The house is about an hour from Rimini for those who love the sea. For those who want to visit the cities of art less than 45 minutes away are: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Wonderful stay, thanks again Lorena.

Incredible place, with an beautiful view. The house is rustic and welcoming. We had a great time, we will probably return in the summertime!

The place as well as the hosts were fabulous. It's quiet and very much off the beaten track, yet easy to get around from. The hosts were lovely and very responsive at any time.

The house is really great, the surroundings and the view are fantastic. You absolutely have your peace, can use everything in the garden, especially the pizza oven we liked very much. By car, you can reach the village in five minutes. We had a great time and would be happy to come back, communication and cleanliness were also great.
