Beachfront holiday rentals in Teignbridge

Wonderful location and comfortable, well designed home. A little village out on its own with so much character and some great walks which are medium hard but good distances either way - to the left in the next village the Cricket Inn is delicious food and friendly staff - to the right a lighthouse. The views and beach really make this place… as well as being a close drive to Salcombe and Dartmouth. The house being is well stocked, stylish and comfortable so makes for easy living. We were a family of 7 and a dog and would highly recommend it. We did a Sainsbury’s food delivery to the house twice to make getting groceries easy and that worked perfectly too.

We had a wonderful stay at Talland Cliff side beach house, we stayed for two nights with our two children and Labrador, the property was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed plus a few extra touches that added to our enjoyment, the family games and the hammock were a favourite for the children and sauna was an added luxury for us :) but without a doubt sitting on the decking and watching the sea was the most relaxing and wonderful thing for us to do! The beach is 5 minutes walk down the cliff side not too difficult but the climb back up may take a little longer but absolutely worth it for the trip down to the beach, there are a couple of coastal paths within a couple of miles of the property and a couple of small eateries close by for lunch with a view. We had a wonderful week staying at The Courtyard, beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. Very comfortable upstairs lounge with two balconies to make the most of the views. Plus a lovely courtyard filled with gorgeous greenery making it feel very tropical (and lots inside too). The bed is probably the most comfortable we have slept in! Stoke Fleming is a lovely village with access to the SW coastal path in both directions – the walk to Dartmouth is a must (and get the bus back!) Lots of places to visit in the surrounding area too. Jill’s communication is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Courtyard 😊we most certainly hope to return!

The Lighthouse is a quirky little place really thoughtfully designed and decorated…..a small but adorable little find!! Right in the town centre and just a step from the beach….perfect! Host very responsive when needed, and had left lots of thoughtful ‘bits’ around the place…..including fresh milk in the fridge (cow & oat!)!! Would definitely recommend this place for one or two guests and plan on returning sometime!!!

Had a great stay. Lovely place to spend time looking out into the gorgeous sea. Well Located for drives to Exeter and Torquay. Comfortable accommodation and easy parking.

Our stay at Bee's was perfect. It is so quiet and well appointed we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Bee and her husband were both very welcoming and helpful. The location was very good to explore the local area. We would highly recommend it.

Another lovely stay at Palmdene. This place really is home from home and so comfortable. Love being able to stare out to see from both the kitchen and the living room. Everything we need is there. Great place for going onto Paignton beach (approx 10 mins) or go over the top and head to Goodrington beach, it will take a bit longer but the views are stunning. Booking again very soon.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. This place felt like a home away from home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended! 4o iful apartment

The lodge was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great for exploring the whole area. Helen was flexible with arrival and check in which made the holiday less stressful with small kids! Brixham is a lovely town to stay. The site would benefit from the new clubhouse pool & bar which was opening imminently, which we missed.

Nicki’s apartment at Bigbury on Sea is just great. Well equipped, amazing views and in a beautiful part of Devon. Use of the indoor pool is amazing for kids, especially when the weather is a bit mixed! Nicki gave lots of info and recommendations which were super helpful. I hope to be back at Bigbury soon!

Emily has a lovely caravan in a quiet spot on an otherwise busy site. The caravan felt surprisingly spacious and it was great to have that second toilet available. It was also lovely and very convenient to have the shower. The site offers a lot for families with several play areas, crazy golf and swimming pools.

Wonderful - with a beautiful sea view that made it very special. Modern, clean and nicely decorated/equipped. We stayed as four women friends and it was perfect. The only thing I would say is that if you don’t know each other well or are physically large, the space is relatively small with only the one bathroom - which is clear from the listing - but worth bearing in mind.

Had a lovely weekend stay in the caravan, just as described and in a beautiful location. Host was excellent in communicating instructions for check in. will be rebooking in the future!

We have just returned from our stay and it was the perfect choice for a family. Lots to do at the park when some down time was needed and great coastal location. The accommodation was great - outdoor space, lovely lounge area and little touches like high chair and bed rail for our toddler included. Anja has thought of everything you could need and was very quick to help when we needed support on arrival (my issue not a lack of communication from the host). All in all a great choice for our half term getaway and we will certainly book again.

Spectacular stay at The Reach. It’s was absolutely stunning location and beautiful apartment. This is a must stay place. A place to reconnect with nature and connect with your soul. Feeling so energised from such a wonderful stay. Thank you for a seamless stay from start to finish. Looking forward to coming again.

Sanctuary cottage is a beautiful little oasis on shaldon’s stunning green. We loved Jayne’s place - brilliantly located 2 minutes walk from the beach, pub and shops, stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean and super comfortable and cosy. Jayne was great in sharing clear directions for entering, showed flexibility towards our requirements and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend, would love to return!

We had the most amazing stay. Communication from Pippa and Steve was excellent from before our stay and during. The apartment is an absolute 10/10, it definitely has the wow factor and we did not want to leave!! Location is fabulous and close to the South West Coast Path. The thoughtfulness and generosity of the hosts regarding facilities and treats were next to none. Hope we can stay again in the near future.

Spent 6 weeks here for my university placement and felt it was very peaceful and Noni was an excellent host, ensuring I had everything I needed but also giving me my privacy. Would recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful getaway (as long as you don’t mind a hill! - but the view at the top is worth it :) )

Great flat, in a great location. Everything you need in easy walking distance and the passenger ferry across to Teignmouth a bonus. Everything you need and useful information for everything in the flat. We’ll be back for a longer stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Boundary cottage! It’s beautifully designed with gorgeous high quality interiors. It was just right for us - two adults and two children. Everything was provided for a child friendly stay (high chair, stair gate, travel cot, kids tableware). The cottage is compact but has made the most of all space for useful storage, it had everything we needed. Highlights for us were the beautiful bed linen, the gorgeous bathroom with uninterrupted views into the fields with the cows and the lovely walk straight out of the front door down the farm track. Our kids adored the cows and the little play area was a welcome occasional distraction!

Absolutely blown away to be honest. The owl houses are stunning. From the overall feel to the small details they have nailed it. I'll definitely be coming back for sure and will hold the trips memories with me for many years to come. Thank you Lou and Tim for sharing this amazing space and good luck for the next venture!

This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. We use Airbnb for our trips all the time but we have never experienced such a beautiful stay. From the scenic views to quick access to the beach, the stay at this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. We really didn’t want to go home, and we will definitely come back. The Airbnb was very spacious with all the amenities you may need. The location was close to other areas and there is a coastal path on the doorstep! Definitely visit the Rio cafe that is on the beachfront and only a short walk from the Airbnb. The place was also very clean. We will be definitely coming back!

Our short stay at Quayside was everything we had hoped for and more in terms of location, comfort, very clean and tidy with lovely views of the estuary from the balcony. Very convenient for all the facilities in the delightful town of Topsham. The atmosphere was very welcoming in that the host had also left us a bottle of milk and a bottle of wine, and the whole trip was a great success given this was our first booking with Air B&B. We will surely want to return soon and stay for longer.
