With sweeping views, the hideaway is accessed off our private lane and set in its own private plot with parking and a garden. A perfect retreat for couples or for a couple friends to 'escape the rat race' and take a break. Light a fire and get lazy, chill out in the wood-fired outdoor hot tub, star-gaze at the incredible night skies, or just relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.

Ruby Retreat Shepherd’s Hut in Devon

Ruby Retreat is a unique Shepherd's Hut hand built in larch, cedar and ash by local carpenter, Peter Milner. His skilled design and craftsmanship gives Ruby a very special feeling. She is brand new for 2023. She sits in her own secluded position on a working Devon farm. The views over the glorious Devon hills are truly captivating. There is nothing to distract you from gazing at the fields, hills, woodland and distant church spire (well, maybe some sheep and lambs frolicking).

Hidden in a little valley, Penn Bergeyn comprises of 2 hand crafted luxurious shepherd's huts. 1 is the bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom are in the other hut connected by a covered walkway. You can unwind in the wood heated hot tub, relax by the firepit or in the hammock. Located in its own field, on a working farm, the huts are fitted with a very comfortable king size bed and underfloor heating throughout. The outdoor kitchen contains a firepit and a gas barbecue.

Welcome to The Estuary View Shepherds Hut. This hand built Shepherds Hut has everything you could wish for a luxury relaxing break. Situated in 1/2 acre of beautiful private grounds in the Devon village of Combeinteignhead overlooking the River Teign. The hut was completed in 2021 and is furnished and equipped to a high standard. Features a brand new kitchen shower room & electric woodburner. Outside there is a wood fired hot tub and various seating areas.

The Shepherds Secret is a luxury super cozy shepherd hut for up to 2 people, set on the beautiful Jurassic Coast, only one mile from the beach and set in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Hut is finished to the highest standard set in its own private ground with private garden, private access and parking. The Little Hut, a covered outdoor space, has far reaching views of the surrounding countryside to enjoy until the sun goes down.

Our bespoke and lovingly constructed shepherd's hut is close to Newton Abbot, the beautiful village of Shaldon and the coast. Only 1.7 miles from the railway station. The hut consists of an elevated double bed, sink, fridge with a small freezer compartment and cooking facilities, with separate toilet and shower. You can relax with a book inside, or light the fire pit/ BBQ outside and enjoy some quiet space to yourself whist gazing at the stars.

LazyDaze shepherds hut is located in the beautiful harbourside town of Brixham, part of the English Riviera. Our cosy hut is the perfect getaway to unwind beside the warm glow of the traditional log burner or relax while looking at the stars in our secluded hot tub. The hut has been expertly handcrafted from sustainably sourced cedar wood. Your private bathroom is a few steps away with your own access to the side of the main house.

Positioned near the stunning Blackpool Sands, South Devon, our shepherd's hut 'Sea Thrift' is a charming and cosy place to stay for 2 people. It is an ideal location for exploring beaches, beautiful coastal walks and the nearby town of Dartmouth. Sea Thrift is completely off grid and is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty by Blackpool Sands, on the South West Coast Path. It lies on the edge of the village of Stoke Fleming.

The lovely towns of Chagford, Bovey Tracey and Ashburton are within 15 minute’s drive and the cities of Exeter and Plymouth just half an hour.
