The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. The Loft

A self-contained annex, detached from the main house, comprising a large double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Facilities include TV, free wifi, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and private off street parking. Located just off the M5, 15 mins from Exeter city centre and 5 minutes drive from the estuary town of Topsham and Sandy Park, home of Exeter Chiefs. Darts Farm award winning farm shop & café and the estuary cycle path are just a few minutes walk away as is the George & Dragon pub.

The Maple Room, Totnes, Guest Suite own entrance.

Welcome to the Maple Room, a private en suite guest unit in our family home. The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

A studio annex, providing a perfect space for work or leisure. The annex includes a double bed, cooking and eating area, washing facilities and a bathroom. A cot could be added if required. Wifi and a television are also provided. The property is right next to the bus stop and the train station is a 5 minute walk. convenience store and takeaways right on the door step as well as a pub which serves food. Charging for an electric vehicle can be provided at an additional cost.

It is ideally placed for the beach, Dartmoor, Jurassic Coast, SouthWest Coast Path and the Steam Service to Dartmouth.
