Monthly Rentals in Temperance

The place was beautiful! I like how everything is remodeled and updated! The bathroom looks like something from a 5 star hotel. The place was extremely clean, there were little snacks that were left for guest. The only thing I struggle with was the WiFi reach into the bedroom for my PlayStation…. It worked great for the Roku but I wasn’t able to play the game like I wanted but it wasn’t no big deal. The bed was very comfortable and one of the few units I’ve been to that has a tv in the bedroom. Would definitely book again!

We loved our stay here! Great neighborhood area. Peaceful and beautifully decorated home. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. The game room downstairs was fun for both kids and adults. Really couldn’t have been nicer. Beautiful place. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area with our family!

We loved the place, we enjoyed our stay, the neighbors seemed nice, and the neighborhood seemed decent also. They were on top of making sure we were good and that we had all the details we needed. We thought it was awesome that they welcomed us on the chalk boards on top of the fridge it made us feel welcome!

David's place was so comfortable and convenient, looked exactly like the photos and was immaculate. David was a great host: he allowed us to check in early, responded quickly to requests, provided much appreciated snacks. It was great to be able to do laundry while there too. What David's place lacks in curb appeal it makes up for in spades once you get inside. It's stylish, comfortable, thoughtfully stocked and very conveniently located for enjoying Sylvania. Visitor tip: Highly recommend Ciao! (Italian restaurant very nearby) and Bombay Kitchen (Indian) after exploring the beautiful --and free -- Toledo Botanical Garden and Wildwood.
