Those who love the tranquility and the ideal starting point for visits in the area plus a lovingly furnished home will be right with Federico. Both cafes in the village are beautiful places to stop in the evening, enjoy the view from the mountain to the fantastic countryside. Seggiano is located on a stop, the house in the middle of the village. We made many fantastic excursions and were always happy to return to Seggiano in the evening and experience this special place. The accommodation is located in a beautiful mountainous area, surrounded by hilltop villages and olive groves. Nearby are the Spoerri garden, the Bagni San Filippo, and further on Bagno Vignoni. Gabriele and Fabrizio are welcoming hosts and you feel good in their house, quiet. This is a great address that we recommend.

Volha is a great host. Everything was great and as described in the offer. Our stay was without any problems. We are highly recommending this place.

This place is truly a 10/10. I’ve stayed at dozens of BNBs over this year and I have to say that this is one of my absolute favorites. Every detail, from the decor to the cleanliness to the nature to the spaciousness, is phenomenal. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! One thing to keep in mind is that it’s nestled quite far into the mountains so whenever we went on day trips like to Pienza or Pitigliano, it was always around an hour drive or more.
