Beautiful villa apartment on the first floor (15 steps) with 300m to Skagen Harbor and 200m to Gågaden. The apartment is 47 sqm and includes: Large bright living room with kitchen incl. stove, fridge/freezer as well as dining area, sofa, and TV. Separate bedroom with room for two people. Private bathroom/toilet with shower. Shared courtyard in front can be used. Cleaning as well as bed linen, towels, dishcloths are included in the price. Free public parking is available on the street in front of the house or in the surrounding residential streets.

The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

The cottage is fenced - with a large area, and you can therefore let your dog run free. NOTE: From May to August, the tent is open and there is therefore the possibility of 8 overnight guests. The house is surrounded by trees and is undisturbed in a quiet environment. The house has a nice south facing covered terrace with good shelter. The house itself is architect-designed, and there is a lovely atmosphere in the house's cosy rooms. The place offers a relaxing holiday with great opportunities for experiences within a short distance.
