The view is exceptional on the sea and the interior in boat style make you really feel like you're on it😊. Super clean and well maintained, easy contact. In short, nothing to complain about, I would recommend it in a second.

We Loved our stay!! Jean-Yves is very friendly and had quick responses whenever we had a question. He really spent time showing us places we could visit and reviewing all the details of the apartment. Comfortable bed and the fully equipped kitchen was great! A bit of a walk to the historic center , 15-20 minutes, but well worth the peace and quiet of the area. Having the washing machine was a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay in this stylish and well designed studio apartment. Maneki was very responsive and hospitable, leaving lots of food and drink for us and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s in a brilliant spot, near the harbour and some great restaurants.

We were 3 couples and a baby. All the comforts were waiting for us. The terrace is exceptional! Don't forget the magnificent sunset. We went to get oysters nearby. Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

very nice apartment, bright, well-equipped, comfortable, in a beautiful quiet and secure residence. city center within walking distance in 10 mins. small downside for check-in, giving us the parking access code would have saved us an inconvenient and dangerous parking on the street. we had a great time.
