The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

Here is a very special atmosphere and the house is beautiful whether you want to have fun with family and friends, come to enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful landscape or want to sit focused on some work. There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

Location. Nice, open house in the first row to the lake. The house is a brick-built villa where you rent the ground floor and 1st floor. (The basement is closed.) Nice lawn and several terraces. Space for 4 cars. Bicycle rental. Walking distance to shopping, city center, restaurants and walking in Søedalen. Diagonally opposite is a small playground and within a short distance a tennis court, golf course, paddle and swimming pool as well as beautiful beaches. Vi har været de lykkelige ejere af huset siden 2017 og har renoveret det med kærlighed og knofedt. Idag fungerer huset som vores lille oase og vi elsker at tilbringe tid herude, året rundt. Med havet få skridt fra huset og havnen, restauranter, fiskebutik, supermarked mv. under 1 km væk, kan alt klares til fods, eller med brug af de to cykler der er til rådighed. Lysthuset i haven er det perfekte sted at slappe af med en god middag, og her kan I sidde og lytte til bølgernes brusen.

Et af Limfjordens ældste fiskehuse fra 1774 med en fantastisk historie er indrettet med lækre designs og ligger kun 50 meter fra stranden på en stor privat sydvendt grund med udendørskøkken og lounge område med direkte udsigt over fjorden området er fyldt med vandreruter, der står to cykler klar til at opleve Thyholm eller de to kajakker kan bringe dig øen rundt samt du ka også hente dine egne østers og blåmuslinger i vandkanten og tilberede dem mens solen går ned over vandet
