The apartment corresponds to the pictures. We felt right at home. The small cottage is surrounded by a small industrial area, but very quiet. The cities of Rotterdam, The Hague and Amsterdam are super easy to reach. The lower apartment is currently being renovated, so you have already noticed the noise in the morning, but that is only temporary. Thank you for having a great time at the accommodation.

Very nice not to have to be there at the time of arrival. It also immediately gives a very welcome feeling that you can enter the house if necessary without the host being there. I do like that freedom, but even if he is not there, Tom is very accessible. A very quiet location, clean rooms, .. nothing to complain about actually.

Very clean and very comfortable room. The accommodation is close to the center of Tilburg, 20-25min walk or 5 min by bus. Robin is very welcoming, responsive and helpful. I would recommend the place and would love to come back!

Like a home away from home. Easily walkable from the centre of Tilburg. Very pleased that there were enough clean towels for my whole stay, made good use of microwave, oven and kettle. The set of lights above dining table were flickering a bit and I can see the lack of TV being a dealbreaker for some but I didn't mind. Would happily stay again.

We have been on vacation with 2 families, the house has everything you need and due to the different areas the children/ teenagers had their own space vs the adults .

I had a great stay at Tony’s place with clear and friendly communication, very recommended place and host. I really appreciated the effort put into equipping the spacious room with hotel-like amenities such as a sink, small desk for sitting with your laptop, smart lights, iron and ironing board, etc. as well as thoughtful extras like complimentary snacks, soft drinks and bottled water on arrival, and the well-stocked options for coffee and tea. The area is safe and quiet, not far at all from the central station with plenty of good value shops and restaurants round the corner. If you get the chance, I highly recommend you try a Surinamese place called the Sanglee Rotishop that’s on the way walking towards the city centre. Happy to stay here again.

Apart from a great host, Rehan is a gem of a person. He has maintained the property well with all the amenities. You would basically get everything you need to live there short term. His approach towards his guests is warm and he will make sure your stay at his beautiful place is worth remembering. All in all, a comfortable place to stay at in Eindhoven with reasonable rates. I would surely recommend this place to everyone. Thanks 👍🏻
