Willkommen in meinem Souterrain Apartment 'Basement 21', mit eigenem WC, eigener Dusche+ Küche (ca. 35 qm). Gut für eine Auszeit mit ruhigem Schlaf abseits des Trubels. Einfache Unterkunft im Retro Style. Das Apartment befindet sich im Souterrain/Keller unseres Reihenhauses, das wir selber oben bewohnen. Fast der gesamte Souterrainbereich ist Deins. Mit eigenem Eingang. Zugang durch unseren Garten, in einer ruhigen Siedlung, 5 Min. Fussweg zum Strand. Du kannst am Abreisetag bis 13 Uhr bleiben.

Mit seitlichem Ostseeblick und Strandlage bieten wir Euch unsere 1-Zi.-Whg. (28qm) zzgl. 8qm Balkon im 6.OG an; modern und zeitlos eingerichtet. Eine neue Einbau-Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Elektrogeräten sowie ein ansprechendes Bad mit Glas-Dusche/WC sind vorhanden. Ein nummerierter Außen-Stellplatz kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Der "Hansapark" ist fast nebenan, ein kleines öffentl. Schwimmbad in unmittelbarer Nähe. WLAN, Handtücher und Bettwäsche stellen wir KOSTENFREI zur Verfügung.

Das Haus hat eine Größe von 100 m2 und ist ausgestattet mit einer blickdichten und möblierten Terrasse. Des Weiteren befinden sich vor dem Haus zwei Pkw Parkplätze und Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder, unter dem Carport. Kostenloses WLAN stellen wir Ihnen zur Verfügung. Bei vorheriger Anmeldung stellen wir Ihnen gerne ein Kinder-Reisebett und Hochstuhl zur Verfügung. Sowie ein Wäschepackt bestehend aus Bettwäsche und Handtücher, gegen Gebühr und vorherrieger Anmeldung zur Verfügung.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Your beach adventure is a 2 room apartment in the house Atlanta, Timmendorfer Strand OT Niendorf is located on the first floor and is an ideal starting point for a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation. You can expect a modern vacation apartment for max. 2 persons with a large terrace with lounge furniture to relax or table and chairs for a cozy breakfast or dinner. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, living wall with flat screen TV and Wi-Fi and a dining area.

The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
