Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Relax in this peaceful place to stay near Marstrand and Gothenburg. The accommodation is a newly renovated apartment/guest house located above our garage There are several sea swimming areas and a dock about 600 meters away from the house. Rörtången is nearby (about 1-2 km) with a dock, ice cream kiosk & boat trips. The area offers fantastic views, sea and playground with soccer goals, swings etc. Forest walks with berries and mushrooms around the corner. Golf courses within 10 km radius. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Own boat trip that takes less than 5 minutes from the mainland. Small motor boat included. No ferry connection. Commuting distance to Gothenburg in 40 minutes.

Welcome to our newly-built apartment in Björlanda Kile - just 350 meters from the sea and 20 minutes from central Gothenburg! Here you live close to both forest, salt rock pools and a good selection of outdoor activities (beach volleyball, bike park & kayak rental). Perfect if you need a "get away" from the city! A beautiful path leads you through cow pastures and over cliffs down to the sea – the top for a morning swim (no designated swimming area). In the area, there are also two designated swimming areas: Stora Udd and Östra Piren.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Vi erbjuder vårt fräscha gästhus med sovloft (ej ståhöjd). Storstuga/allrum med bäddsoffa och matplats för sex personer. Sovrum med dubbelsäng och kaklat badrum med tvätt/torkmaskin. Frukostbricka kan erbjudas. Vi har 4 st cyklar att låna. Här finns närhet till Lycke golfklubb, Tofta Herrgård, Stall Tofta med turridning för Islandshästar. Naturreservat, bad och fiske. Skärgården runt området är perfekt för att paddla kanot och kajak. Marstrand endast 15 min med bil och 35 min till Göteborg.

Fantastic house at beautiful Dyrön.

Our house is situated high and with a sea view. On the top floor there are four bedrooms with a double bed in three of them. The fourth has a single bed with an extra bed. There is a big room with a large sofa for hanging out with the family or friends or just enjoying the fantastic view. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with a dining area and a sofa for relaxing or socialising. On this floor there is a large bathroom. In the basement there is another bathroom. Garden is beautiful.

Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home. Segelmakeriet is the perfect place if you are looking for a hideaway for a night, long weekend or longer. In the room there is a double bed that is made up for you. It is also possible to sleep well in the sofa bed in a separate part. You each have a bathrobe and a large comfortable bath towel for saltwater bathing as well as shower towels. There is a coffee machine and carbonated water for free access.
